Came here today while looking for a picnic spot. Very clean, cozy, welcoming and relaxing. We really enjoyed coming here and it was free entry. Highly recommended!

This does not really fit the provincial campground mold but is endearing nevertheless. Many of the sites are close together or grouped in threes (ie #4-6), fours (#11-14) or even fives (# 52-56). Many sites have a water view. There are a few relatively private sites such as #10 or #20 (no water view) or #45 (water view). The campground has an extensive picnic area, with numerous picnic tables. The 2 large dishwashing sinks were very handy and placed outside under a small roof. Coronavirus precautions were in place in the washrooms. Staff was on top of things, making sure that people were quiet in the later evening. Our stay was pleasant.…

Heavily treed but with a wonderful waterfront location minutes from Shelburne's waterfront activities and attractions. Wonderful welcome by a member of the "Friends" group. private campsites available. Washroom needs some love, but it was clean and the water was hot in the showers. I will be returning. …

Stayed one night. We had a nice site and it was a lovely park. We enjoyed the staff, landscape, and surrounding beaches. We’ll be back for a longer stay next time.

Took a stroll in this park when I stayed in Shelburne this March and was very impressed with how well groomed it remained during the Winter/Spring months. It's in an ideal location and within a 5 minute drive from the heart of Shelburne. Even on a chilly, early Spring's day this park was a gem to explore.…
