Lovely spot to sit and relax, very secluded. I was tempted to go for a swim, but no suit. Instead I made my phone calls home.

It was high tide when we happened upon this lighthouse, so it was just a quick photo op for us. The possibility of walking out to it at low tide sounds interesting, but we missed our chance.

After taking the morning boat cruise past the lighthouse, come back at sunset to walk on the sandbar and look for shells. A perfect setting for couples and families.

This was a lovely restful stop on the Lighthouse Trail. It is a historic site,community centre and a nice place to have a picnic. Worth the stop
