Myself, my son, daughter in law and grandson did this trail and loved it. It was a windy cool day but amazing. The views from the boardwalk was breath taking. To be able to see it this far up was out of this world. This...More

The GPS coordinates are way off for this - how can this be corrected ? The trail is in Cape Brenton Highlands National Park

This is a pretty easy hike as it is mostly level and mostly hard surface with only a few areas that needed attention because of tree roots. It appears that during our visit, they were in the process of working/repairing these areas. There are some...More

The Trail was thoroughly calming and relaxing. Have taken some of the best landscape photographs all around the trail with me and the group in them. The drive to and fro to this destination is equally breathtaking as the trail it itself.

When I went it was really foggy and was our only time to walk the trail. As someone who isn't very fit, I found the trail to easy. Either way, I really enjoyed the walk and it was fun in the fog. Sadly we did...More

A really great walk with fantastic views. One star off because there need to be rangers ensuring that people heed the signs and stay on the path to ensure the flora is not damaged. Very popular and easy therefore very busy.

We hiked the full loop during our visit here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The views all along the trail are enjoyable but I have to say the views from the boardwalk were the best! It was very windy when we walked down to the end...More

There are 2 paths, one is much longer than the other. At the end of the path there are many flights of stairs that you can go down and get magnificent photos. Bring water and bug spray, there is a portable washroom along the trail....More

This was our favourite trail. 9 odd kilometres of exceptional views and it was well maintained. There are a couple of rougher patches but easy for experienced hikers. A large fenced in area showed the difference that moose make in that area. Make sure to...More

TripAdvisor has this trail in the wrong part of Cape Breton. Do not use the TA map to find this trail! It’s an awesome walk, though - be sure to Google it.
