Although the bureau is closed due to COVID this summer, the washrooms are open and are clean and spacious. I also picked up a tourist guide while there.....In the past, the workers have been helpful and friendly, a lovely bureau with lots of good parking over the water!

Visiting Dibgy means visiting the Information Centre. Very helpful staff and a lot of History to learn about Digby. Always a visit worth. You will get Help here for anything you need for your trip in Digby. Restaurants, Hotels or the Ferry. There is nothing more to say go and check it out by yourself.

While visiting the Digby Visitor Information Centre we encountered some very friendly and helpful people who lead us in the right direction. After telling one of the guides who we were and why we were in Digby we found out that my uncle used to be the school bus driver that drove her and her siblings to school when they were young. We were in Digby to find my father's homestead, which we did. Digby is a beautiful place where I used to spend my summers as a child.

Lovely, helpful people running this info centre. Also, the day we were there, it was MARKET day so we ended up buying some local wine, crafts and other goodies. Make sure you spend some time walking along the water. Lovely place. We'll be back.

The staff took the time to provide suggestions and helpful advice. The person helping us also gathered the brochures for us so our visit was easy and convenient.

The two women who were at the information center on the day we went in, were very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly! They highlighted on a map, where were the best sites for what we wanted to do and see. They even told us how long the ferries took between the 3 islands. So friendly and helpful.

This small building is not well signed and we missed it first time past. It is at the end of the waterfront park with all the flags - lots of parking available. The staff are very knowledgeable of the area and will suggest day trips and things to do while visiting the area. They also have information about other places in Nova Scotia if you have just arrived off the ferry from Saint John.

We wanted to know what times the churches opened as we had heard some were very interesting. No help whatsoever, just a moan some in the region had been vandalised. When we asked in there were other public washrooms in the town apart from ViC, we were pointed to a building that we later found to be closed. Probably the most unhelpful people we found in touring the Maritimes for 3 weeks.
