I was in the area and stopped by to see the Maude Lewis exhibit. It was so wonderful! I also really enjoyed the Light Fantastic exhibit. I benefitted from their student discount. Not a large range of styles though.

We found that there was a lot to look at. The gallery is spread over two building and it is not always easy to navigate. All in all it was worth the visit.

We enjoyed our trip to the art gallery and especially enjoyed the Maud Lewis exhibtion. The rest of the gallery is small but very interesting with some great art work.

Art gallery well laid out, maude Lewis exhibit amazing. Tours at 2pm worth the time. Our guide Joe was very enthusiastic and really seemed to love what he was doing. Group of seven well represented, it to be missed.

I enjoyed seeing the work of regional Canadian artists in this pleasant national museum. The exhibit on the Canadian "impressionists" was intriguing. Many of the paintings that caught my eye were by female artists. The highlight of my visit was learning about folk artist, Maud...More
