The Public Gardens are always appealing in any season. Even in the winter, with limited hours, you can still interact with nature and enjoy a quiet interlude in the heart of the city.

The Public Gardens are fabulous. I am an avid gardener and this is the top of my list as to where to stroll. Gorgeous layout and beautiful ponds. It was established in 1867...beautiful and historic.

Although we went in fall the gardens was still abundant with flowers and shrubs with a lake and band stand. Well worth a visit and take some bread for the ducks.

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your visit. We don't encourage feeding the ducks as they have plenty of natural food in the Gardens and feeding them encourages them to deter their natural instinct to go to a warmer climate.
