Fantastic tour! Loved everything about; from the comfy car ride to the amazing stories and historical details about the area. Enjoyed at great lunch in Fisherman's Cove in Dartmouth. Made a few stops and got to walk around some of the historical sites and monuments. Paul was an absolute delight. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going on another tour next time we are in town!

This was the second of Paul's tours that I did during my summer and fall in Halifax this year. The first was the South Shore half-day tour which I loved. While I felt I had seen a good part of Halifax during my 4 months in the city, I was very glad for the deeper dive into the past and present of Halifax. Paul is an awesome guide and we saw and learned so much about Halifax during the tour. The Titanic part was a highlight for me, as I confess to have seen the James Cameron movie many times way back, but there is a lot more to it. While most of the tour is in the city, we finished with a visit at one of the fishing villages in the Eastern Passage. The village was very unique and quaint and some good/snacks picked up there as well. This was an awesome tour and covered so much shorefront (and ground) over the course of the half day. It is absolutely worth it, and Paul is a terrific and very knowledgeable and professional guide. We did the tour on Labor Day and saw everything I wanted to see - Lunenberg, Mahone Bay, Chester, Peggy's Cove, the towns and shore along the way, and the Swiss Air memorial. Near Peggy's Cove, there was a stop at a lobster pound, Ryer & Ryer, for a lobster "show and tell" to see various sizes and colors of lobsters which was unexpected but a nice surprise. Paul was great in navigating and leaving plenty of time for photos and food along the way for the "full" Nova Scotia shore experience. I have so many photos I'm still sorting through at this point. As I mentioned in my other review for the South Shore tour, the shuttle is very spacious and nicely outfitted. Paul has installed a giant tablet screen that he uses to show clips and videos for the places we visit and also some good history clips for extra color. He's also stocked the shuttle with hand sanitizer, wipes and extra masks. The meticulousness especially in the current times is much appreciated. Lastly, as I mentioned in my other review, Paul also has cool stories of being private tour guide to a number of celebrities during their Nova Scotia visits. I would recommend his tours to anyone. Also, if you need any car service, I would also recommend his limousine service, AM PM, which I used a few times during my stay.

What a great tour. Myself, my daughter and my two very young grand children took this tour together. Paul had a tablet along so my grand children of 3 and 1 years of age would be entertained as we toured. Paul is a wealth of knowledge and is very passionate about his home. That passion comes through in droves as he details the history of the Halifax area. As a guide Paul was accommodating to the needs of us with our small children which was very much appreciated. I recommend this tour to my family and friends.

we took this wonderful tour while in port on a cruise in aug 2019. it was a fabulous day learning about the history and modern side of Halifax. We were taken to a wonderful local port town and had the choice between lunch and wandering around. we opted to eat fresh fish and it was delicious Paul was a great tour guide full of fabulous facts and worked around crowded areas when tour buses were present- changed order of spots visited to avoid the crowds at the Titanic cemetaries. Cannot recommend more highly
