A typical attraction that is not at all impressive, but yet adds an aesthetic value to Halifax's landscape. It's hard to miss so do stop over for a photo.

What kind of Clock is this written both here by people and in the Internet. My personal impression when I have met it: Relatively interesting old attraction on the way to the fortress... you shouldn’t go here just for it, but it’s worth going to the fortress through that place just to look at one more good attraction.

While it is not possible to go inside of the clock, it was a very unique landmark that I was happy to see from its outside. This clock is right next to the Citadel, and it is just above the waterfront promenade.

Quite interesting but rather over-hyped.
Could have done with a bit more information on why it was even there.
Just passed on the way down the hill from the Citadel.

Built in 1803 and a landmark of Halifax. It is next to the citadel. We walked here from the cruise dock at pier 22. Worth visiting.

Passed the Old Town Clock on my way to visit the Citadel. When walking up the street towards the Citadel the Old Town Clock it sits at the foot of the Citadel. Built in the early 1800s it has been synonymous with Halifax ever since.

We passed this building on our way to the Citadel. It was a white building with irregular octagon tower. The shape of the tower I found interesting. Although the Old Town Clock is an Halifax iconic building, is not open for public, so you can only see it from the outside.

We just trekked up the hill to take a closer look at the old Town Clock and to take some pictures. Going up the hill felt like a workout.

It's just a old building with a clock on it.

As you leave the Citadel you can't miss the Old Town Clock, it's on the path down the hill from the Citadel.

you look at it and that's it. it's also a good place to use as a lookout. and take pictures . it gets a lot of attention because it is next to the fort but otherwise nobody should bother.
