A superb modern building with a very good rooftop café and excellently laid out interior. Lively and welcoming but with plenty of quiet and comfortable reading and study areas. Staff really helpful.

This new library is unlike any other I've been in. The architecture is ultra modern, the building is open, airy and bright. It is extremely user friendly and is a fun place to take kids to. We'll be back!

Spectacular! Even if you are not interested in the 'library', go for the architecture. You won't be disappointed. And Pavia is there!
