Faculty is well laid out, lots of amenities. My biggest complaint is that the Jungle Run (lazy river) was filthy. The water was not clear so it needed a shock treatment. We were there fairly early so we expected this would have been done overnight. Otherwise we were satisfied. We bought season passes this year so we were hoping for more.

Ok..not good or great ok day
Short and sweet Too many people and long long line ups for our enjoyment 2 of the 4 etreme rides were closed all day and the other 2 only opened at noon"doesent help with line ups that accumulate elesewhere because less to do. 16 dollars parking after already paying 50 $ a head for 2 plus tax was insulting.... still gave it a 3 because there is a ton to do,for the patient i guess it might be cool 2 lazy rivers saved the day.... I still wont be going back, other places here in QC just as good and no parking fees(Val Cartier,Super Aqua club,Saint Sauveur i prefer)

    Overpriced and overcrowded
Overpriced and overcrowded. The park has become too overcrowded. Pros. Variety of water activities Bring your own food (picnic tables provided) Cons. Overpriced (should have 3 smaller kid prices as rides height limits) The whole park smells of urine. Overcrowded Wait times are over an hour. Limited life vests (park says they provide them; however, there aren’t enough) Filthy bathrooms (mud from grassy areas all over the floor and long lines for women’s) Consider checking out Mont Cascades waterpark in Gatineau.

    Fantastic water park
Fantastic waterpark, biggest in Canada. Lots of ride, reasonable wait times at lines. Food is affordable and you can bring your own food in. Has lockers you can rent. Best lazy river I've been on.

    Overcrowded, stinky
Very long waits for rides, with no shade. Wave pool was overcrowded and water was milky rather than clear. The smell in some line ups was so bad my son and I were gagging. Having to pay for parking and 15.00 for a small locker is ridiculous. Washrooms were filthy. On the plus side, some of the slides were great and the pirate ship area is wonderful for small kids.

Fun, but be prepared for long line ups and an over crowded wave pool.
250$ for 2 adults, 13 and 11 yr old including parking. Was able to enter park fairly quickly upon arriving 5 minutes after opening. Park was very busy, long line ups for the water slides. One rafting ride would have easily been over an hour and 15min wait - too hot and no shelter from sun so bailed from that after moving 20 feet in line up after 15 min. Wave pool and children’s area was overcrowded. Lots of seating areas. picnic tables available. Like that you can bring in your own food/snacks/drinks. Cafeteria type food, ice cream and slushees reasonably priced. LONG line ups for both mid afternoon. could def use more staff at these concession stands. Grounds were clean/well maintained. Departing the park about 15 minutes after close took us an HOUR til we got out of the main gates. Lots of frustrated drivers and road rage incidents. Kids had a fun time. biggest downfall for me is the overcrowding and early close time (5pm).

    Family fun
We came here for a day while in the area with our nieces and nephews. The kids had a lot of fun, although long lines deterred them from trying some rides they would have liked to. Also a thunderstorm interrupted our day two hours early, which meant they had to abandon a line they were almost at the front of. Instead we spent the last two hours trying to get out of the parking lot as they didn’t have a parking management for early closure so the most aggressive drivers got out first. Still it was a good day until the storm and I would recommend it.

We paid a extra $200 to rent the vip suite #9 and we must say we are very disappointed as you'd think with paying a extra $200 and in the vip suite there would be a washroom used for guests renting the vip suite only. The lineups at the bathrooms were crazy having to wait your turn. The lineups at the waterslides were huge why isn't there a fast pass you could pay extra to bypass just like Canada's Wonder? The food was absolutely disgusting we ordered to our suite a chicken ceaser and a veggie wrap the chicken ceaser looked like a child made it and threw in one piece of chicken the lettuce was old just horrible.

We paid full price on a beautiful weekend and the park was half staffed. The rides would open for one hour then the staff would close the ride then move to another ride and close the ride they were working on. You spend half your day waiting for full price. They at least should tell you your paying full price but getting half value.

Visited the water park last weekend and found the experience highly disappointing, particularly due to the parking situation and billing issues. The parking lot was chaotic, with no clear signage or attendants to guide us, causing unnecessary delays. Additionally, I was double-charged for my ticket, and customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue. Would not recommend until these problems are addressed.
