Purchased day pass tickets online as we pulled into the parking lot. Realized immediately that we had purchased season tickets in error. We were only visiting the province and season passes were of no use to us. Upon review, it was clear that the website is intentionally designed to drive this mistake. Went to the ticket booth immediately to get the mistake fixed. Calypso agent was unsympathetic and would do nothing for us. Asked to speak to mgmt but no one would speak to us. Repeatedly asked throughout the day but they refused to speak with us. A clear demonstration by Calypso of their arrogance and lack of customer service. We will never go back to this park.

A huge water park with plenty to do for all ages.
Took my 6 year old grandson to the park for a mini vacation in June and he had a blast.
Be prepared to walk a lot though as the place is huge and you will need to cover a lot of ground
Good options for dining as well but you can also bring your own picnic lunch and there are plenty of places to use as your spot

You can't charge people a full day rate, and only have half the slides open at any given time. C'mon Calypso owners. It has potential, but that's terrible and a money grab.
Post it on your website well ahead of time, and provide an end of season discounted day rate. Terrible. But if all the rides were open, it would have been a blast.

Terrible. Charged full price but half the slides are closed. We were done in an hour. Kids in charge to take complaints who can do nothing.
Whole section in photo was closed all morning. Not just one slide. Evidently this afternoon one slide will open per hour. So the management thinks it’s acceptable to take 4 hours for 4 slides.

Super long line, dirty bathrooms, and milky colored water in the wave pool and lazy river. The park is overcrowded, you are lucky to do one ride an hour.

I just came back from Calypso. The water used to be warm up to around 90 degrees Fahrenheit with the old owner. Now is at 82. To cold for me and the kids. Some are coming out of water with purple lips. I'm very sad.

Parking is a nightmare. I have been sitting in the parking lot for an hour trying to leave and cars are barely moving. Lineups were horrendous. They had few tubes to use. One of the rides had no more than 10 tubes for the entire ride. I know it’s the end of the season but this is ridiculous.

Stay away from this water park! The customer service is unacceptable. The park claims to offer a great experience but its the last thing you will have here. Drive a little further to Quebec and check out some great water parks!

We managed 5 rides in a span of 6 hours. That’s it. The rest was waiting in line. That would still be ok if the park wasn’t so filthy! Especially lazy river and the wave pool. Toilet tissue, cigarette butts in muddy smelly soup. There was a vomit right on the edge of the wave pool. It was there for hours. Just oozing into the water. No one came to clean it up. Showers were broken. ALL of them. The park seemed to be times OVER CAPACITY. Even for someone who is not afraid of a little healthy exposure to germs, this was beyond disgusting. A corporate bottom line is definitely way more important there than any reasonable safety and sanitation measures. You can’t have these many ppl horded into one water park without seriously compromising quality or safety.

The park has great fun slides, two lazy rivers and a wave pool, all of which are fun. However, it is so crowded that you end up spending all of your day waiting in line, not having fun. We spent the entire day there and only managed to try 4 slides and the lazy rivers. It really doesn’t feel worth it for the price in my opinion. I’d rather go to a smaller park and enjoy my time instead of spending a little fortune on a big park and roast in lines for hours. And to cap it off, we were promptly hushed out at 5pm but then it took us over one hour to just get out of the parking lot!
I think they should have longer opening hours at least for the price they charge and manage the crowds better. Not impressed.

No you cannot transfer season passes. They check ID when you go in.

You can try. I'm not sure if the front desk staff are really checking times.

Hi, the rate for seniors (65 and over) is the same as small, $39.99 for the day.
Do they measure toddlers at arrival to determine pricing?

When you buy a ticket they look at kids but don't measure them. When we went there this summer they looked at my son and they that we won't have to pay for him. When we proceeded towards the gate, they measured him and he was too tall for the free ticket but they let him go this time, since we already purchased all the tickets.

Do i need a Costco membership to buy Calypso water park tickets? If yes, what is the way around buying the discounted Costco tickets without having a Costco membership?

Here's what I found online from Costco:
You can buy from Costco online without a membership.
This isn't the only way you can shop at Costco without a membership. You can also go to Costco as a guest as long as you accompany a member, use a Costco Cash Card gifted to you by a member.
See you soon!
