We had a great day at Calypso waterpark. The site is large and has all types of waterslides so there is something for everyone, no matter your age or fear level. We particularly enjoyed the rafting, where a whole family or group sits in a...More

The GOOD Came here during vacation with family. It's actually nice to see Canada have great attractions like this so I'm all for it. Getting kids outside, having fun, playing - what's not to love? Price is great if you can get the 50% promotion...More

I have brought my family to this park several times and will keep going back! First, they use salt water versus chlorine in the water - a big plus for my family. Second, it is incredibly clean, which is not an easy task for a...More

Yes, this park has some awesome, overly thrilling rides, and a nice range of safety violations and "incidents" to go along with them in previous years. Even an older guy like me has had some fun here, with my favourite thing being the politically-very-incorrectly-themed Kongo...More

We were scared off by numerous accounts of incredible line ups for slides and hours of wait in the scorching sun. It so happened that we spontaneously decided to go to Calypso on a day with a thunderstorm warning. It also happened to be Father's...More

I was excited Ottawa got a waterpark. This place definitely has more slides and pools than Mont Cascades but the lines can be long and the food is expensive. Actually everything is expensive here. But honestly, I've been here about 5-6 times and I've always...More

Calypso is a great waterpark for adults and families. There are plenty of water slides and a few places to grab food. There are picnic tables in the shade that would be perfect if you were to bring your own food. You can purchase a...More

Are there showers there and are the lockers accessible for both men and women or are they kept seperately?

Answer
Response from Valcartier | Property representative |
We do have showers but they are in open areas to rince off the pool water only. Lockers are common and we have private changing booths.

Hello, do you have any gluten free options? Specifically are there any vendors that serve French fries that are NOT coated in wheat flour and fried in the same fryer as other wheat breaded products? Thank you.

We don't have this type of french fries but we do have some gluten free options at some of our food service points.
