This is a hiking place of the Bruce Trail. The trail can be really long or small, according your fitness.

I enjoy walking in the woods, especially the Bruce Trail.

It feels good to hike and we see things we had never seen!

This is a must!

Very hard to fin the trail access and where to park the car. Paid $19 to take the gondola up for some of the trail at Blur Mountain. Saw some trail maps on line but couldn’t find where to park.

Found an access at Swiss Cottage.

We took the trail just outside of Lion's Head downtown, and we didn't expect to see what we saw. The trail took us to the top of the rock, where the "head of the lion" sits. The view from up there is breathtaking. It's hard to describe the beauty and peace that place emanates. Highly recommended.

We're quite experienced hikers but felt this track was more challenging than expected also it became very slippery in the rain. Be careful on the rocks, I fell twice despite wearing firm hiking shoes. Because the track requires quite some climbing make sure you calculate enough time. Coastline views are superb.

Have not seen this hike mentioned on Trip Advisor. It was recommended by the tourist information centre near Jones Falls.
Difficult to find trailhead. On Concession 10 in Owen Sound 3 km south of Hwy 26. There is a pull off on the west side of the road where you can park. (About 1 km south of the KOA campgrounds.) Walk back north for about 1 minute to reach trailhead. Trail takes you through rock crevasses. There is a ladder out ofnthe crevasse and you can follow the trail through the forest. We turned back after 1/2 hour.

This trail is considered the longest hiking trail in the world and by far one of the most beautiful. Had the opportunity to trek a section of the +800km trail. If you are into nature and hiking then I would say that this is the ultimate for the enthusiast. It incredibly scenic with views that simply go on forever. If you plan on doing a section of the trail or the whole trail, I suggest you dress comfortably and Wear good shoes that have good grip.

We have been hiking the Bruce Trail for many years and i still get excited to go everyday. We live 5 mins from the trail in Halton and we go rain, shine, or snow. It is well maintained with countless views and side trails to go down.

Ive lived up in Collingwood for several years and just now have gotten around to walking this trail ... It is spectacular ( more rugged that the Georgian Trail so bring hiking shoes ) the bridges are well built and the trails are well marked ... A great day out with the dogs

Enjoyed a peaceful hike on the Niagara end of the Bruce trail, free parking and lots of space to roam in either direction. We saw and lots of small birds, few chipmunks. Nice way to spend the afternoon!
