The Spirit Catcher is definitely a sight to see. The moment that you get down town near the water front it is truly one of the first things I see. It can always be seeing from all sides of the water front.

1) impressive sculpture with an urban and lake backdrop 2) surrounded by a serene water view and park 3) Barrie has few picturesque views in the downtown; years of urban sprawl. Enjoy !!

Nice place to look at the bay while in a Barrie. Parking is a bit expensive for a smaller city but nice view

This piece is iconic. The 'wings' of the Spirit Catcher move gently with the winds as the majestic arms reach towards the sky... I would think this is one of the most photographed pieces in Barrie - certainly the most attention drawing! Be sure to...More
