Punctual, knowledgeable, professional and very nice to work with. Highly recommend Mary Dawn’s services for touring PEC. She personally knows the wineries and this comes in handy. :)

This our second time with Mary Dawn and won’t be out last. Once again we experienced a custom tour of the county that included some of our favourites and some new discoveries recommended by Mary Dawn.
Mary Dawn has a great reputation in the county and we were greeted warmly at all the stops on our tour.

Mary Dawn was perfect for our family. We suggested places we wanted to visit in advance and she gave us her ideas as well. When she picked us up promptly as promised we set out on a wonderful day visiting wineries, cideries, breweries and gorgeous vistas around the county. Along the way we stopped for two meals and both venues had gorgeous views. Mary Dawn shared information with us but she wasn't chatting all the way which we liked. She was professional and polite. We would use her services again and recommend her to our family and friends. We appreciated her attention to covid protocols with masks. For a great day in the County with no worries about driving, Mary Dawn is your answer.

Mary Dawn was amazing! It was such a smooth ride from start to finish.
Not only did she help me plan our itinerary bur she went out of her way to make the day perfect! This included driving to the other side of PEC to make sure I got to the brewery on-time for "Reggae Sundays", and going to Canadian Tire to pick-up lawn games after finding out the brewery had removed all of theirs due to COVID.
She is well connected and was able to help us at wineries where we weren't able to get reservations. Would highly recommend her service and will be booking with her again next time I am there.

Mary Dawn was an awesome chauffeur! She was punctual, patient and took us to some amazing wineries. She really took the time to learn about what we were interested in and customize our tour accordingly. We even ended then night with some amazing pizza. We had guests from out of town who agreed that it was such a great tour, and we would definitely use this company again!

We contacted Mary from a reference at a competitor. Wow. They said she would give us a great time and we weren’t disappointed. Called and spoke a few days before to give Mary some ideas of what we wanted to do. There was just the two of us and we mainly stay away from the big wineries and crowded places. We both like niche wineries who care more about the product than selling as many bottles as possible. Mary told us she would take care of it all.
We were picked up Saturday July 6 by Val our driver in a minivan. (Sure not what I was expecting from a limo company but for us it was just perfect. Close enough to talk to Val and meet her. She’s a doll. Funny easy going and like us seemed more interested in us having a good time rather than pushing us from one to the next to get it done).
Our favourite winery we visited was one of our first, Domaine Darius. Truly a fantastic small winery. An older European couple. He makes the wine she talks about it. The tasting room only hold 7-10 people so it’s really small groups. She described their product in detail and was very knowledgeable about the intricate process. We managed to over hear that they actually made a few types. Only barrel aged wines. Chard, Gewürztraminer, and a Pinot Noir. These were spectacular not a fan of really these types but the depth of flavours was so interesting I can’t say enough. We managed to overhear some locals who were speaking about their rose, which was sold out for 2018. And get this an amarone. I had the chance to speak with the owner( a master winemaker), Who was quite humble. In his words, “I just try to make a good wine and not screw it up”. Based on what I had tried. I purchased two cases; one Amarone and one rose on spec for next year. We also bought 6 pinot noirs 2 Gewurtz and 4 Chards.
The remainder of the tour, we visited several more smaller wineries and we drank, bought and talked through the rest of the afternoon. Val was great. If we didn’t like a place too much we’d move on and if we liked it, we could spend as much time as we wanted. She took us back to our hotel at the Huff Winery and made sure we put all of our new purchases into a safe place for the night.
I hate long reviews but I can’t say enough on our experience or the quality of the service we received from Val and Mary. Call them if you want a great tour.

My family treated me to a limousine wine tour for my 65th birthday. It was a wonderful day. Mary Dawn was at the wheel and expertly drove the limo down narrow country roads to wine tastings at various wineries in Prince Edward County. We visited several wineries, some established and some new, and I was able to sample several wines that I had not tried before. Mary Dawn was able to schedule us at several places where we were the only customers at a particular time, which was very pleasant. It was a lot of fun!

We were in town for our girlfriends bachelorette party and hired the van for our winery tour. Our driver, Bruce, was the most professional, sweet driver we could have asked for. We always felt safe with him driving, he rushed to open the door for us every time we stopped and brought us into each winery to make sure they had our tasting reservation. He was so sweet and made the tour so memorable for us. Thank you Bruce - chivalry and professionalism is not dead!!

I was part of an escape weekend with a group of young mothers who had hired Spotlight Limousine for a wine tour of Prince Edward County. Amazingly we managed to visit six wineries between 11:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. so good to leave the driving up our guide. Our trip included visits to Red Tail organic winery, Huff Estates, classy, with a great luncheon patio, Karlo Estates the big barn experience, Sandbanks a familiar line of wines for all of us, Hinterland, the sparkling wine specialists and Terra Estate a new Italian style winery. Our guide was very knowledgeable, managed to keep us all on schedule, made sure we were fed and hydrated and the limo trunk was filled with purchases. The limo layout made it easy to be a traveling party with every sharing stories. Ours fit 7 comfortably, but they had larger stretch limos for bigger groups. A great luxurious outing.

I really appreciated the way we were able to individualize our trip! We were a group of 8 women staying the weekend in PEC. I was in contact with Mary Dawn in advance, she asked about our wine preferences, and was really keen to make sure to notice details that would make our trip great. We were able to tour 6 wineries, we were dropped off at our restaurant and our driver returned to pick us up afterwards. You would not have that option with a large company wine tour! Our driver Bruce was conscientious and thoughtful - he even packed a little cooler with water for us throughout the day. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this company for the perfect individualized day!
