Tables and cues are top notch. Prices are very reasonable compared to others in the area and food is good. Beer is cold.

My 10-year old son and I visited Shooterville for the fourth time last night. The staff is always very polite and accommodating! My little guy absolutely loves their French fries!!! We’ll be back often!

Friends of ours had booked a 50th birthday bash. Pool tables were available, but what a dive. Add to that, a SINGLE, meaning only 1 individual, not and available, waitress / server for the entire group and floor - meaning a beer could take 25 mins to get to you. Food had been pre-ordered so platters arrived at some point during the event, thank goodness, because I don't know how long it would have taken to get an order through. Did I mention the place is a dump.

This place is very big & spacious & clean , the tables are somewhat smaller what we are use to . The service was terrible , we had to go to the front desk to get our drinks ,she did not even attempt to come over to see if we wanted anything to eat even after she gave us our menu's, the place only had 7 people there at the time we were there. They have 5 snooker tables & 20 reg size pool tables. Terrible Terrible service.We hope that the owner or mgr has a word with this employee so it does not happen again to us or anyone.. This happened between noon-5pm ,we would like to come back again only if we get the service that we should be getting.!

I play here regularly. They have the best pool tables in Burlington in my opinion. They also have snooker tables - you don't see that very often.
As an added benefit, the food has recently been upgraded and can be considered good value. My only complaint would be when they are busy or hosting an event, it can get very warm. They try to solve this with added fans and circulation, but they need a serious upgrade to the HVAC.
If you want a great game of billiards, access to leagues and events this is a great place to start.

After trying a couple of other places, we are back to Shooterville for a couple of basic reasons. The tables are clean and always available. The beer is cold. The burgers are excellent.

I've not seen such a clean professional set up for a billiards hall before. When I came in, a few of the owners were onsite mingling with the guests -- great, friendly people by the way - and the food was also impressive! Definitely somewhere I would go again, and possibly book their private room for a birthday!

The staff were really awesome and friendly. The wings are incredibly delicious. It was the best place we visited while in Burlington. Great food, great fun and a great place to get out of the heat.
