About
Floatation therapy also known as sensory deprivation therapy is the practice of spending an hour or more floating in a pod that contains 10 inches of constantly heated water mixed with a 1000 pounds of therapeutic grade Epsom salt. The water is so buoyant that you are floating instead of sinking. All distractions have been removed leaving you in a peaceful state of weightlessness.

What a great experience. So relaxing and calming. Everyone should try this. The owner and his wife are such lovely people. Very passionate about floating. All round amazing experience

Amazing! Such a wonderful sense of peace and awareness, and great mindfulness practice. I can see where this would have so many different mental and physical benefits for different people. The owners are such lovely people - very down to Earth and care about their clients having a good experience. I will be back for sure!
