Saw Masters of Illusion last night at the River Run. Absolutely amazing show. Venue is incredible and the magic was mind blowing.

This was our first visit to the River Run Centre and we were very impressed. the venue is beautiful and the sound quality was excellent. Our only caution is to arrive early as parking seems very limited. We ended up having to park a 10+ minute walk away.

There is nothing like CBC’s Q live, nothing better than the River Run Centre to show off the talent of Guelph and the urbane hipster born of The Rock, Tom Powers.
Excellent set up.
Super acoustics.
Small bathrooms.
Q-Trip: Parking is free for 2 hours and free after 6.
5:30 dinner at Bin23 and a little walk worked out.
Bathroom strategy is slow back on the wine, and
a pit stop pre-exit while the bill has been processed.

This is the heart of the Guelph arts and entertainment center. Guelph has a great musical community. The Center is on the river bank and by the park of our founder, Galt. A wide variety of shows are presented. One of them should work for you. The center could host more shows as there are quite a few dark nights.

Attended his concert on March 23rd. The nice thing about the River Run is that there are No bad seats. Acoustics are great, almost an intimate venue for that performance

Zero parking when a game is on. Our last visit was spoiled by people who didn’t care about how many times they interrupted ours, and others enjoyment of the performance.
Waste of time and money

Loved this theater. Great acoustics and very clean. Everyone had a good view of the stage. Staff were all very helpful. Washrooms were clean as well.

We had dinner downtown prior to the show and just walked from there. Always check if the Sleeman Centre has an event going on too. If they do you may have to park off site somewhere along the street. We went to a musical play. There is a variety of events that are held here though. Concerts, Plays, Ballets, Symphony Orchestra, Magicians and more. Something for everyone.

You can volunteer here and even rent one of the halls for a function if you like. There is a gift shop in the lobby and the Centre is totally Accessible. Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, by mail or at the box office.

I have been the the River Run Centre twice for two very different concerts. One was Natalie McMaster and the other Serena Ryder. To imagine that this venue suits the sound and atmospher for both performers. The staff are polite, helpful and engaging. It is always in spectacularly clean condition upon arriving. The ladies washrooms are clean and stocked. Definitely worth the drive if you're from out of town for an event as this centre. Pair it with a lovely dinner locally and you're in for a treat!

This was our first time visiting this venue. Staff were outstanding, friendly and accommodating. Seats were comfortable (we were in an orchestra box). Sight lines were excellent and the acoustics were super. Bottled water (super cold) was $2.00, which was a great price.

Parking is somewhat limited, so one needs to arrive early enough to find some. However, there are multiple options close by. I would definitely visit again. Guelph is very fortunate to have access to such an outstanding venue.

The River Run Centre has been Guelph's centre of gravity when it comes to theatre, musical, concerts or other cultural events, presentation or gatherings. A nice and modern building with great acoustics is located by the river and across from the Sleiman Centre. Visited for many occasions and never got disappointed ...
