A weekly visit for me. Great store, super friendly staff. They have all sorts of cool promotional events too. Sometimes there are signings, there's free comic book day. If you have any interest in comics you should check this place out.

This happened a while ago, but it still bothers me, so I figured I'd write a review. so basically, we went to this place a lot when my mum was sick. We were buying both comics as well as action figures. We purchased a gears of war figure that was actually missing an accessory, but we didn't realize that when it was purchased. We brought the figure back and the owner was incredibly rude to us and then told us he wouldn't be replacing it or refunding us and that if we didn't leave, he would call the police!...bit extreme, if you ask me! We paid actual money for it, didn't steal it, didn't try to scam him at all, we're very friendly and happy to chat when we came in looking for the replacement, so wasn't at all sure what sparked this kind of attitude. When I asked him if he was serious, his staff actually just started full out laughing at us and he insisted we leave. Easy to say, I've never shopped here since. Good selection of stuff, but if you ever didn't get what you paid for, don't expect help or a refund. Pretty sure we were ripped off!

I've been coming here for years, and I'll continue as long as I live in Hamilton and this place is open. It has some of the best customer service, they're always friendly. They keep the store clean and well organized and they have such an awesome selection. You can't go wrong.

Easy parking which is always a plus, great layout in the shop with lots of room for the new releases, friendly helpful staff, with some enticing back issues on display which they will happily let you browse, well worth a 4 colour stop.

Brought my young nephew here for his birthday and got him some comic books. He loved the bargain room in the basement. Great place to get kids hooked on reading.

One of the best stores service-wise that I've ever been to. The staff here is fantastic and they really know their stuff. If you're a comic fan you will love this place.

This store is run the way a store should be. The service is personal, the staff is knowledgable and selection fantastic. I mean yeah they don't have an Action Comics #1 in mint condition; but there's only a couple if those left in the world. Even still, great place to get your nerd on.

This store has some of the best service for any retail outlet that I have ever frequented. There is definitely something to be said for these non-chain stores.

If you have someone in your life who reminds you of Sheldon, Leonard, Howard or Raj from the Big Bang Theory then you can most definitely find a gift for them here. The service is excellent without the depressing comments you would find like someone from Stewart.

My new grandson loves comics . They have a programe where they give free comics for As on your report card at the end of the year.. This place is loaded with all typs of comics
