Cancelled at last minute. Tried to ring the tour operator multiple times (through two different numbers on their website) and the phone just went through to a dial tone. Honestly thought we'd been scammed.
Eventually found a message on trip advisor saying the cancelled because they could only get four people. I would have expected an email or something more noticeable.

Great day tour.. the last winery Vieni should be dropped from the tour.. and replaced by a winery that actually cares.. our server poured all three tasting wines at the same time into 9 glasses then walked away.. what?.. she did leave the bottle so that we knew what bottle it came from.. no explanation nothing.. the other 3 wineries were lovely 1) Flat rock 2) Sue Ann Staff 3) Malivoire

Lovely day spent touring four different wineries that were all very unique from each other. Convenient pickup and drop off downtown Toronto and our driver was very kind. Snacks and water were provided for us on the bus. A few of the stops felt a bit long, but otherwise it was a great tour and would highly recommend.

The tour bus never showed up to pick us up. We arrive 20 minutes early and we waited for a total of one hour and no tour bus ever arrived. We traveled over 2000 miles for the store and waited in 26° weather for nothing. In addition no one from the company was answering the phone or communicating with us to provide any updates. I have filed a complaint and have requested a refund so we will see what happens with that. Several hours after the tour was supposed to depart I received an email from the company stating they had canceled the tour.

Thanks Debbie for providing this feedback. As it was mentioned to you we are not currently operating this tour at the moment and it does not start for the season until next month. I am working with the online travel agent that booked your tour as they should not have allowed any type of confirmation. Its unfortunate that you feel the need to to write this review on this platform as you did not book the tour on the Viator platform but I do understand being left stranded waiting for a bus would not make me happy either. When I was made aware of your reservation I informed that travel agent that you need to be refunded in full which should have been processed by now. I think you will see from our reviews here our tour is a great product and I do hope that if you are back in Toronto please reach out and I will offer you a complimentary tour.

This was a really fun day! My husband, sister and I joined 4 other people to visit 4 wineries. We toured Flat Rock Wineries, enjoyed a tasting flight there, and also had tastings at Sue Ann Staff Estates, Harbour Estates and Vieni Estates - all in the Jordan area. We had a terrific lunch (not included) at Harbour Estates. The bus was comfortable and the driver was pleasant. We made new friends among the other participants. Three of these wineries were unknown to us at the time, but we enjoyed them all and will be purchasing wine from them. Next time we're going to try to stay at Vieni, which has a B & B, and stay for a couple nights so we can see some other properties.

Nice comfortable and tasty fun experience. Different wineries from family owned, sustained and larger endeavors. Great van. Bring the fun within your group and you will have a great time.

The wineries listed in the tour were not the ones visited. The minibus driver wasn’t a tour guide and didn’t point out any sights as we passed them. Not the worst wine tour, but also not the best.

The wine vineyards were nice. It felt like I paid to get sold wine. We would have enjoyed it more if we learned about the wine culture and history of Niagara’s wineries and behind the scenes wine processing experience. Also, the driver could have been more interactive with us during the 1.5 drive. He was basically muted until asked a question.
