What a sad visit. Played three slot machines. First one, I won 8 free spins-seven spins gave me ZERO. the last one gave me $1.10. Next I played 15 spins @ nearby machine won TOTAL ZERO coins back. Third I played $15.00 in 20 spins. I went to race book.- BORING - no staff, no sound, no programs. Whole scene has about 25% LESS slots than before - added 13 tables, have were closed/ Zero new slots in last year that I can noticed. over all, Flamboro is dark, drab, quiet and DULL

What's with the plastic cups?

First off, the drive into the casino once you turn off the highway is not pretty. Half dead or completely dead trees line the driveway. Does not make for a first good impression. More than half the light bulbs in the marquee out front are burnt out. There is ample parking it seems, but then again it has never been that busy whenever we have gone there. The slot games are fun, lots of different ones from the other casinos we've been to while keeping some of the same. The lower bar hasn't been opened anytime we've been there since pre Covid. The only bar on the main level still serves only PLASTIC cups no matter what you're drinking: pop, mixed drink or wine. Worse still they don't even have recycling bins to put the cups in afterwards!! This is 2023 there is NO excuse for using plastic excessively and not recycle. There is a buffet right next to the bar, surely there is a dishwasher in the building somewhere?? For this reason alone, we probably will drive the extra kilometres and go to the Niagara casinos instead.

Our Favorite Casino

This is our favorite casino considering several in the Mississauga to Hamilton area. We've visited many times over the past year to play the slot machines. Often we do spend our budget but it takes several hours of wins and losses (we should quit sooner if we wanted to end with a profit :<)). We've had some significant wins too. Great fun and the machines have reasonable maximum bets. People all very friendly and helpful. Free pop and coffee/tea available at a station. Food o.k.: hot dogs, etc. Saw no cleanliness issues anywhere.

Ghetto facility horribly run there is no other way to put it...
Place should be a Gold Mine....
If I ran it for three months I'd double the handle...

The tote board ar track side didn't even work, in casino bar closed at 8pm downstairs and had sign to go upstairs and that was closed ...

This casino will take all your money all the time stay away from here it truly is a rip off .They rarely pay I have been in this place 2 in the last month and no one I mean no one has hit a jackpot at all .At least let us enjoy losing our money …place is an absolute s…t hole

Bad night at Casino in Flamboro.

the slots are good and did not continually take your money with no return. The bar and staff are terrible. They do not have any idea of what they are selling, its basically white or red wine, and 5 ounces rather than six for $7.50. no customer service and Lily is the worst to try and talk with no customer relations experience on any complaint or discussion. Her way to resolve is get security to put the persons out, that did not work as security did not feel warranted. Have tried to tell casino they are losing money but obviously they are not listening .... bar needs cleaned out and new staff who can run it properly. they have the nerve to have a "tip cup" there they show $5 bills donated. Customers behind us like ourselves were refused drinks, they had closed before 11pm. Highly disappointed in the way the bar is run. At one time if you ordered for a group you could only take 2 drinks away from the bar at a time, this is so mickey mouse. We left early as disgusted so casino lost money there too.

Too bad there isn't a negative rating, because this place sure deserves it.. Not sure how they haven't been shut down for scamming there customers. I used to visit quite often. And would win and lose it was kinda to be expected but i have won a few good jackpot's.. Ever since Elements took over can't even get a bonus. I would rather give my money to a homeless person (not really).. Whoever runs this DUMP should be in Guantanamo Bay.. NEVER EVER GOING BACK........
