Seriously dissatisfied with the service here. My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage back in November, and the day of the massage we recieved a call that our massage was cancelled because the RMT "hurt her arm" which I understood and we rebooked. Mind you we had to rebook a month out from our original appointment. So we had our massage in December and it went well, so we booked again another month out. We got another call today saying our appointment was cancelled because the RMT "hurt her arm"... I do not recommend booking a massage appointment here because your appointment will be cancelled last min without any thing to make up for it.

This place is the BEST!!! I have had Sun damage for a lot of years and can never find the right stuff. Finally I have HOPE and can see the difference in one treatment.The organic products I just purchased I cannot speak enough about them.Very reasonable pricing with beautiful kit packages.Manager Gizzelle knows her stuff. Lovely staff!!!

This location is really pretty - but the services are hit or miss. Something about with their shellac is off - both times I have had this service there, I have had to return within a day to fix something.
Today I called - and the person answering the phone did not even use a professional greeting and was rather short. Ok then...I will take my business elsewhere. Strange crowd here for sure.

We had a package for massage, facial and Mani/pedi. The services were absolutely amazing and expertly done. The Casmara mask for the facial was incredible, I already want to book another appointment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent time. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to relax in a clean and peaceful oasis.

My first visit to the spa was fantastic! The online booking was simple and love the schedule feature. Services were beyond what I had expected. Samantha J provided me with all the information I needed while deciding when to book the appointments I needed for the future. Highly recommend this oasis. Love the fact that you can use the steam or sauna rooms with any service or just pop in (once open due to COVID restrictions)

Boy, this is bad.
1) please notice...all good reviews you read are from 2020.
2) the only bad, and last review is 2022..
..there are no further reviews and in total there are only 12.
3) after booking what I wanted (ONLY A CONSULTATION), I found out they had booked me for services I did not want nor request... Lip blushing,( don't know where that came from as lips were NEVER even mention nor wanted) and eyebrow tint and lift after SPECIFICIALLY NOT requesting while chatting with Andrea in the original chat
My review of my consultation
1) consultant was 15 mins late
2) consultant (Tamara) did not introduce herself, I had to ask her name
3) when she called me in for the consultation she addressed me by the wrong name and I needed to correct her.
4) in the consultation room Tamara asked me to sit on the bed there while she kept moving around a full 180 degrees so I had to strain to see her when she spoke
5) it was ME who suggested I sit on a stool (already in the room) so I could see herwithout major strain.. I have no idea why she did not place me there at the start and was amazed she had NO IDEA how uncomfortable it fwas for me to look at her while sitting on the bed. Totally oblivious.
5) granted, I had no idea what service was right for me, ergo the consultation. At no time was I asked pointed questions nor did she take a look at my skin to help narrow the services I might want.
7) when she did suggest a treatment, I looked it up on the services provided in their site and it wasn't there. Tamara had no idea what services joie provides on its site and needed to leave the room to find out
8) after a recommended tteatment which I was considering, she came provided me with an assessment form and a release form.
I still knew very little and she did not give me enough time to read through the information.
9) she kept presenting the hardware used for what was suggested as if that was suppose to influence/ effect me. (?????)
Remember, I at no time committed so it makes no sense she show this.
10) she acted like this is what I would get even though I still had questions...such as HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ???
Amazing.!! I ileft the "consultation" while still in progress as she had no idea, and went to the front desk to find out for myself what the cost was. I needed to do this 2 times.
I'm not sure if they serve the independently wealthy and usually book services without price information but I am a hard working nurse practitioner and not independently wealthy.
Why she she didn't have a price list with her is a mystery to me as I would think that would be part of the considerations one would have during a consultation for provided services and options.
11) tamara had no idea of implements on the market that one could do at home and therefore could not advise me of the difference between those and joie's.
9) when I read the release form and asked about some serious side effects indicated before signing the waiver, she had no idea of what I was talking about as she knew nothing of what was written in the waiver.
12) After all this time wasted and nearing the end I asked about another service I had heard of which may be similar and I might be interested in which wasn't one of her options her response was " it's really the same thing" .. WOW!!!
Why did she not offer this as an option sooner expressing the advantages of one peoceedures over the other is a complete mystery to me.
Were there any other comparative services that might also be appropriate to consider for various reasons?
I guess I'll never know.
Although I did express some concerns and challenges during the consultation, I did not wish to be combative. Her nature remained calm and pleasant but uninformed and did appear completely out of her depth.
After the consultation.
1) the following day (24 hrs later) I did decide to contact joie regarding my concerns and was directed adrea in the chat.
2) I had previously had chatted with Andrea a couple of times while setting up an appointment. She was pleasant, cooperative and informative....HOWEVER... it was AFTER the appointment when I chatted and asked to whom in management I would speak to address my concerns. She did not respond at all!!
3) I waited 15 minutes for a response and again contacted her to to her asking if she was there and she IMMEDIATELY closed the chat!!
4) just to make sure that wasn't a mistake I tried again and got a notice that no agents were available.
Please note, I am not a " Karen" but just a hard working, reasonable potential client willing to spend a lot of money for provided services

If this is the quality of their front line workers and how they wish to promote themselves, then it is my opinion you definately look elsewhere .
Again, please notice that eleven of the twelve reviews that are good are from 2020. The most recent review is 2022 and it is one star. I would give them no star if that were an option.
Also, I have NEVER written a bad review about ANY service of which I have dealt over the years.

Joie Day Spa took such amazing care of me during my pregnancy. I came in regularly for Mama Jelly Belly masks which made a huge difference in the softness and appearance of my stomach skin. Throughout my whole pregnancy regularly visiting Joie, I didn’t get 1 stretch mark on my belly since having these Jelly Belly Masks!
The staff was so kind and took personal interest throughout my pregnancy journey. They took such careful care of my needs and always went far and beyond when treating me. I recommend Joie to anyone who wants a personal, intimate Spa experience that is all Heart! The treatments are high quality and the environment is so welcoming. Definitely my favourite place to go for a treat!

Had an amazing massage that left me feeling refreshed and not sore the next day (walked in with a very sore lower back that has affected me for months). Friendly and well trained staff as well as a relaxing atmosphere at the spa. Looking forward to going back again!

No pretenses here! Staff is kind, down-to-earth and friendly. Such a beautiful space! I have had several different services (pedicures, waxing) that have all been great. I regularly recommend Joie to friends and family.

I first came to Joie at 14 weeks pregnant, and I have returned many times since. They have always made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. My monthly facials with Jennifer are a must during my pregnancy. My best friend as well as my husband have had amazing experiences at Joie as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
