Excellent accommodations, meals & planned excursions, during & on route to & from Memphis.
The planned events & extra excursions, were well planned & A 1.
They have knowledgeable , friendly courteous staff, tour directors & bus drivers.
Maxima Tours went the extra mile each & every day of this trip.
Just when we thought our trip couldn't get any better.... it did! :-)
Damon our tour director & Jack our bus driver did everything in their power to ensure each & every one of us had the trip of a lifetime!
On a scale of 1-10....Maxima is a 10 plus ...plus...plus.
So many extras were included on this trip, ie on/off the bus, plus extra unlisted excursions .
I will definitely be going on both day & extended trips with this marvelous company.
The planned events & extra excursions, were well planned & A 1.
They have knowledgeable , friendly courteous staff, tour directors & bus drivers.

Being a veteran of coach tours both in North America and in Europe, without a doubt my best experiences have been with Maxima Tours. As the head of my travel committee for our seniors group, I have booked our tours with Maxima for the past three years and have again signed up for two tours this year. Maxima is always willing to work with us to customize the tour for our group. As well, they work with knowledgeable local guides, excellent drivers and their tour guides go the extra step to ensure everyone is happy and has a wonderful experience. Maxima Tours has my highest recommendation.

We just spent five fabulous days on a bus trip to New York City. Thanks to the great planning of Damon Allen, we had a chance to get a taste of "the Big Apple" - trips to Brooklyn (for two kinds of pizza), Liberty & Ellis Island, to the "Top of the Rock", 9/11 memorial, Seaport, the High Line & Central Park. There was also enough free time to go to the theatre, shop, try a food tour or just sit & watch the action. If you want a well organized, fun trip, sign up with Maxima.

Aren't we the lucky ones at Maxima Tours to hear such positive feedback. Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts on this most recent trip to NYC. We work very hard to ensure that each and every passenger has a blast - especially in New York City which can at first seem like a daunting task. We have definitely grown to become more accustomed to individual needs and we look forward to continuing with that personal concierge service on all of our trips that include free time.

We have enjoyed the thoughtful, caring and professional services of Maxima Tours , most recently a 10 day coach Tour to Charleston and Savannah - unique destinations they introduced this past Spring. On our trip, Hotel, Meal and sightseeing inclusions were delightfully extraordinary. For instance an included Dinner Cruise offered a number of meal choices, including a large Filet Mignon. En Route, our Tour Manager double checked our facilities, anticipated possible hang-ups and resolved them before they could become problems. Our pre-selected step-on guides offered exceptional insights into the history and culture of our destination cities. Our only surprises were delightful, pleasant discoveries

It is with extreme delight that we receive your feedback from the trip you took with us in April. Our Tour Directors work hard to ensure each and every passenger has an outstanding time. With Maxima being a family business - we couldn't and wouldn't have it any other way than to have our extended family (our travelers) - having a blast. "I went to New York on June 11/15 with Damon, his Mom, Clem and a bus load of fun people. The weather was perfect and the hotel in Harrison lovely. I went alone but felt very comfortable. Damon was a perfect tour guide and was able to keep us all together. I don't know how he did it. Our Brooklyn guide, Paula, was so much fun. She took us to 2 pizza places where we ate 2 different kinds of pizzas. They were both delicious. I loved the Coney Island boardwalk. The sights from the 67th floor of the Rockefeller Plaza were beautiful. Times Square was fun with night time lights and tons of people. Our Manhattan guide, Jared, was very interesting. He was a wealth of New York info and when he took us to the 911 Memorial, he told us stories of that day that I didn't know about. It was a very emotional place to be. Central Park was immense and beautiful. The boat ride to Liberty Island was lovely. The Statue of Liberty was huge and climbing the 215 steps up the pedestal was a challenge but was well worth it. Ellis Island was so interesting. I also was able to see a play which was absolutely phenomenal. All in all, this was a wonderful 5 days vacation."

If you enjoy laughter , wonderful meals, amazing excursions & first rate hotels?
This is the Tour Company to go with.
All clients are treated like family.
We visited amazing sites ie Louisiana State Museum,.Cajun County Swamp Tours, Mardi Gras World, French Quarter Food Walking Tour, New Orleans city tour, Houmas House, phenomenal restaurants & music venues ie. Randalls , Martin's accordions, plus much ...much more!
This is an outstanding bus tour!
If Maxima Tours offer it again....I highly recommend you reserve a seat on it.
You will not be disappointed.

Our travel advisor used Maxima to arrange a tour of Italy a few months ago. We were responsible for the flights. We tried to use them but their flights were too expensive so we went with another company. Please make sure you double check their prices. Also when we came back we get a notice after the fact that they balanced their books and realized that they had not billed our credit card the full amount. Without any notice they just took it from my credit card and once they had the money they sent me a note to say they did this without my authorization. Apparently they do not trust their customers so why should we. I e-mailed them my concern and received no response. Very disappointing.

I recently returned from a 10 day holiday in Malta with Maxima Tours. I can't say enough about what an amazing experience it was. The group was small and the pace was suitable for individuals who enjoyed walking as well as anyone who needed a walker. What I most liked about the tour was that it included a range of activities that included cooking demonstrations, fantastic local cuisine, a boat trip, visits to a farm and vineyard,tours of historical sites, free time for exploring and tour guides who were friendly and very personable. Damon, the tour leader, was enthusiastic about the country and passionate about his desire to make the trip as enjoyable as possible for everyone. I felt well taken care of throughout the trip.

Last year my wife and I went on Maxima Trips to Louisiana, Soaring Eagle and Atlantic City. The trips were excellent, we were well taken care of, snacks and water handed out, trip leaders were a lot of fun and even though the trips getting there were long we were pleasantly distracted with games and videos. Lots of rest stops.with stops at Duty Free and the restaurants picked for lunch were value added. Hotels we stayed in were first class, We had a chance to write up an evaluation on the trip, excursions and trip leaders. Drivers were excellent.

This event was held at Liuna Station in Hamilton to launch Maxima Tours Day/overnight & International trips for 2016.
Liuna Station provided a perfect setting for this event!
The meal was excellent.
The entertainment phenominal!
Numerous give aways & wonderful door prizes.
Excellent & informative travel partners showcased their trips.
Very well organized & over 400 people attended.
A fun filled day excursion.
Hopefully this will become a yearly event!
