Hamilton has joined the ranks of many cities by installing a city sign at City Hall. The sign was donated to the city. It is 20 meters wide and 2 meters tall with outline letters. This means that you can stand inside or sit on parts of the sign. At night the sign has LED lighting that changes colors. We found the sign was well designed and looked good with the wing of City Hall in the background.
City Hall property also has a number of statues and monuments in the west end park. There are statues to Gandhi, Immigrants, Engineers’ Iron Ring Ceremony and to workers who have died on the job.
The flower beds that had spring tulips have been refreshed with horticultural creations. Ralph is a giant 15-foot botanical sculpture of a dog using Carex buchananii (leatherleaf sedge). He is in a downward dog pose staring at a topiary bush meant to represent a ball. Further in the distance is a large topiary butterfly. The city’s horticultural department has created a beautiful living sculpture for the summer.

This is a pretty little area to get some pictures of if you’re nearby. The Hamilton sign is cool at night and lights up with changing colors. The flowers there are beautiful.

The Hamilton City Hall is a very nice building with several sculptures and statues on the beautiful grounds that are kept very clean. The new sign fits in well with the area and is great for standing by it to take pictures. I also liked the water fountain.

Place with many different city departments for zoning etc... My wife has worked there for many years she knows all the different departments and what they do .
When we go out she always is aware of what business owners should be doing but there not . Only a matter of time till there fined or shut down .

Dont waste your time visiting this city. All you will find is a city that looks like a war torn wreckage. Ancient city with ultra racist people.

I was impressed by the unique design of this building. Its sharp edges, colourful mosaic tiles, and iconic clock make it a great Hamilton landmark. The surrounding grounds contain a rich assortment of sculptures. I also enjoyed the gardens and water fountain, makes for a really peaceful place to stop and relax.
