All the staff are young and one young lad was lazy at least behind the counter. There is supposed to be a game briefing but nothing. There were older kids with younger kids. No teams were made just a free for all. Some of the ramps inside the lazer tag area on the ground floor did not have the tape on it so it was hard to see. The staff definitely were disorganised. 10 out of the 30 or so machines were out of order. Some did not have signs on them it just ate your tokens. We were invited for a party and the party rooms have no ceilings on them so the outside noise coming in to the room is pretty loud. They need to have a staff member who can repair those machines on site. The kids we were with enjoyed themselves so there is that. The arcades games are okay, a large choice of them, some have short game plays. They are not very forthcoming with information on their party rooms. Pretty chaotic when you enter and no direction given. Plus the pizza was cold by the time the kids ate it. Who know when they brought the food in and left it on the table in the party room. They toys for the kids worth under 400 tickets are pretty chinzy...but the small kids like them.

My nine y/o son won the jackpot of 500 tickets on an arcade game. A family of four sitting watching were also so excited for him. The machine only shot out two tickets. When the employee checked the machine he said it was faulty but that the ticket system seemed fine.
My son was very hurt and disappointed and felt like he was made out to be lying like he didn’t win. I approached the manager after spending $60 there in an hour and going there a few times per month with friends of my sons.
She too, initially said “I wasn’t there so I didn’t see it”. I expressed my concern, and how I felt that it was wrong and misleading and she was kind enough to grant my son his right fully won tickets. Not the best circumstance in our travels there but grateful the right thing was done.

The lazer tag is very fun and i like this place much better than other places. Prizes are very fun and I love the arcade games! My favorite is DEAL OR NO DEAL. The staff are friendly and the birthday party rooms are clean.
Overall,
I love this place and I think its the best lazer tag place in Ontario.

Went with my friends to play a few rounds like we had done back in highschool. This place has been around for years and admittedly the equipment hasn't changed much. The vest are a bit bulky, I wouldn't recommend it for kids under 6. There are also arcade games here to play in between matches and they have party rooms for birthday parties for example or any group gathering really.
The location is a little awkward. It looks like it's behind the Pioneer Gas Station from the street, however you actually have to enter at the Wendy's next to the gas station to get to it as there is a large curb that separates the gas station from Lazermania's parking lot.

My boyfriend and I went with the intention of playing a round of laser tag. Since the arcade where we live shut down we were hoping for a bit of nostalgic fun. It was so much more!
The laser tag area has two floors and many opportunities for collaborative team work taking sting holds. We were fortunate to be put in with a group similar to our age (20-26) so that we could so this collaboration take place.
For any fan of first person shooter games you MUST come for a round. There is a shield and photon shots to use in game.
The queue for the laser tag arena was a bit long so be prepared to wait. Fortunately they have a lot of arcade games to play and silly little prizes to win.
I would absolutely recommend this as a fun date night for couples who enjoy arcade games, worth every cent.

Was here for a kids birthday party my son was invited to. Great maze. Solid gear for lazer tag. A good collection of arcade games. This was our third time. My son loves this place.

I went with my family and played two rounds. It was so much fun! Would definitely go away. Two games was the perfect amount of time for us.

Love the laser tag. Sucks when your younger kids get stuck in there with teens, but the staff (when they choose to be, depending on who is working) are usually ok about splitting up teams equally. The arcade and games are a little old but Playdium appears to operate those, so may be out of their control. The renovations opened and brightened the front of the place up quite a bit.

Slippery floors in the back, Old arcade, really loud for parents waiting for children, small place.
We did a birthday party, pizza was cheap, too many rooms for birthday party and so many kids. Im not sure how they put everybody in the small room, suffocating
