We did The Cell on New Year's Eve afternoon. While we didn't "escape", we had a fabulous time. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to try again....or maybe another room!!!

I've been to the Crux several times before and have had good experiences. However this time the staff member gave a "hint" and told us to go in a completely different direction for one of the clues. After 25 minutes of not solving that clue, we found out that we were originally on the right
track and the clue that was given sent us unneedlessly in the wrong direction for that whole time. I would have expected that because they can see us and hear us they would correct the error. I will patronize other establishments where I've had great experiences rather than return here again.

Just did granny’s gold. It was super fun. The puzzles were awesome. Megan helped us at the front desk and she was amazing and was super nice.

Escaped the Guardians of the Gold, great fun! Appreciated the symbols matching the codes to the keys, saving some time and frustration not seen at other escape rooms. Host was friendly and helpful.

Sorry, but the host should not be talking to ONE team the entire time during a battle, let the teams play unless they ASK for a hint! Terrible, would not recommend!

This if the first time i have been to the Crux escape rooms after visiting many top of the line places such as Key Masters & Confundrum. Upon arrival to mid way through the Area 51 room, my 3 girlfriends & I were having a great time. The room decor for Area 51 was a little lack luster, with not many props or relation to aliens & Area 51. Nearing the end of our room with just about 10 minutes left, one of the puzzles got stuck, we kept calling the staff & waving for help but no help was delivered. Luckily, the key fell out & we were able to move on. But who knows how long we would have been waiting for staffs help. When we completed the room with a few minutes to spare we were expecting a warm congratulations like we have previously received at all other escape rooms, but no one was there. We waiting for a couple minutes unsure of what we should do & ended up just walking to the front to tell the staff we were done. Super awkward. Overall, I didn’t have the best time at the

Came with a group of 4 friends to do the Area 51 escape room. Room started off fine and was fairly easy. There wasn’t many decorations in the room and hardly any relation to Area 51. Nearing the end of the room a puzzle got stuck and the staff never noticed us yelling or trying to tell them the issue. Eventually the key fell out and we could continue. Upon finishing the room nobody greeted us or congratulated us on escaping. When arriving in the lobby they replied with “we are so busy we didn’t realize you escaped”. Personally I didn’t feel that was an acceptable reason. It’s a Saturday night... maybe you need more staff if you can’t manage all the rooms. Also, staff kept giving us clues without us asking which was annoying.
Overall the room and customer service was a disappointment. We will not be returning to this company for our next escape room.

out of all the escape rooms we've done this one is tops for quality of decor. They also had a few tricks we hadn't seen. first 1/2 of the puzzle was way hard then it was just super easy so when we escaped it was a bit of a let down. I'd certainly come back.
