This place is a bit hidden just of Barton street close to Tim Horton's field where Tiger Cats play. Its inside an older building and its all kinds of fun. The place is a bit run down but that's the charm, no frills, just racing. The smell of gasoline stays on you for a while. Lots of parking outside so you dont have to park on the street. The place will provide you with helmets and hair nets. The course is pretty good, lots of tight turns and couple good straight runs to build speed. if you like to race there are still plenty spots to pass if you take the correct line, so don't think that because its indoor and seems short its not fun. Its lots of fun. Good lap is 20 secs, 19 sec is really good especially that you are racing with a group. Most will do a lap in 22-24 secs.
Love that these are gas carts and you leave smelling like you just raced. The track is clean and the carts grip the track nicely.
There is a tv in the lounge along with some vending machines and arcade games if you are waiting and need to be entertained every single second.
Fun place. Will be coming back for sure.

I called and reserved for Easter Friday for my grandsons 8th birthday. There were 9 of us going, 3 children and 6 adult family members, the oldest being 60. As soon as I mentioned that I had children going in the group, the staff member told me the rules in regards to this. He said the child must be 7 or older and taller than 4 ft and the whole group has to use the smaller go carts, which was explained to me again before I booked. Staff told us to arrive 15 minutes early, which we did, we were checked in quickly and off to hit the carts. As we booked for two turns, it was explained to us that we would do our first 25 laps, have a break, then go again. They mixed up our carts for the second lap, which helped some of us beat others! Yes it can be noisy and smelly but we were having so much fun we didn't care. Everyone had a blast!

My boyfriend and I gone to outdoor go carting but never inside so we weren't sure what to expect. We got there the lady who served us was friendly. I am not a regular at this activity so I wasn't sure if the price was fair, maybe for a student it would be too much. They had a selection of games to play, so we played pool in the mean time while we wait for our turn. Once it was our turn we got our helmets and put our stuff in a locker. They give a key and lock. We had a blast racing each other overall a great time!

Guy working front desk is a crook. Kicked off halfway during second race and never got a refund. I never bumped a soul. My friend cut his hand open on the steering wheel since it was broken and the karts are slow.

Birthday fun with 10 yr old, father and grandpa. Had a fantastic time. Area is run-down and city needs to clean up boulevard out front, but inside is a beautifully restored old building with exposed brick and huge beams. Lots of free off-street parking. Lady who greeted us was very pleasant and helpful. She clearly explained the rules and offered lots of advice. Our "pit boss", Steve, was also very friendly and knowledgable. He was so kind to our grandson and made sure that he had an awesome time. We were fortunate to be the only cars on the track. Our grandson had a great time! As we left, the lady at the front desk invited us back, and I'm sure that we will. Well worth the drive from St. Catharines.

The karts are OK, but do vary in performance quite a lot.
Also, what is the point in having a no bumping rule if you don't enforce it : our last race was totally spoilt by an ( adult) idiot who just persisted in barging without being taken off the track. This was really bad
Also, really watch your change. We paid in cash and the teller deliberately shortchanged us - and had to be forced to apologise when we caught him out. He should be fired

We went for something to do on an evening. It was a bit pricey but definitely fun :) it would be great for small sized groups as the track is somewhat small.

Had a good time at Hamilton go carts. They were strict on the no bumping deal which is understandable but it was still fun. Have a few different packages on offer if you don’t want to spend a lot of $$

We arrived with 2 young teen boys looking to drive, without reservations, on a Saturday. The staff were VERY accommodating and squeezed us in in between birthday party groups! I would suggest calling ahead, especially on weekends, as it is a busy place. Nothing fancy about the insides & there’s a good flight of stairs up into it and then down to the track. There’s plenty of 8’+ banquet tables and chairs for you to bring the cake/munchies etc for a party. There’s a catwalk over the track for you to watch the drivers/take pics. A TV monitor is updated with each lap re times and rankings & each driver gets a print out of his/her standing when the race is complete. Highly recommended for those who want to race and I can’t say enough about the staff’s friendliness! Bring gloves if the weathers cold tho: at those speeds, your fingers get chilly quickly and are an integral part of enjoying your race!!!

We really enjoyed our time here! We went for a friends birthday and it was fun. Only downside is that it's kinda expensive for 30 minutes of fun. We did 2x 25 laps and it cost each person 50$+. The tracks were very well maintained and the go karts ran well. Just kinda pricey!
