We had never been to the thousand islands before and thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. The commentary was informative and the scenery was stunning. We did not do the dining package so had access to the main deck and top deck. The top deck has no shade and was very windy so we were glad we arrived early and got a seat on the main deck. Lots of snacks and drinks. Highly recommend.

We were part of Front Line Tours and we experienced the lunch cruise. Thanks to our tour director those with walkers had a separate table right next to the entertainment stage. Enjoyed a wonderful jazz guitarist with an amazing playlist. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, roast beef and my wife had a lasagna made with sweet potatoes. Also enjoyed a wonderful salad with feta cheese, server gave us a small container with melon to refresh our taste buds. My wife and I enjoyed a non alcoholic drink made with cranberry and lime juice. Dessert was excellent. The server deserved credit for excellent service. The cruise took us through the islands and we enjoyed seeing the cottages of the rich and famous. Before starting there was a brief presentation of wearing a life preserver. enjoyed the descriptions of some of the scenic sites.

While vitisting the kingston area a cruise through the 1000 islands is a must... be careful. The trip through the islands was great, enjoyed the views very much. The operation of the boat was the disappointment. During the safety demo no ships crew were available to piont out what the audio instructions were describing. Not good if I were to need a life jacket... The young lady that was describing what we were passing was also responsible for taking care of guests at the bar, you can only guess which task got most of her attention. Then there was a young fellow playing electic guitar, I'm a fan for guitar, however this was 3 hours of the same 8 notes, not fun. Left this trip with some nice pictures, a lack of info about what I saw and a little less hearing.

So unfortunate, the food was very bad, returning most of it to the kitchen. The serving staff were excellent, so good. 3 hours was too long, although nice river cruise, views. Also too expensive!

Don’t do it!! It was a waste of time & money. The servers were nice but worked at a snails pace. The meal was terrible. Ordered fish which was served cold on an ocean of beans. The three hour was FAR to long.
