I had a private party upstairs of Robinson Hall at The Thorny Devil night club. There were around 170 people who came through the doors. The vast majority of my guests were not familiar with the venue, but they left with a very positive impression of both the room and of the people working there. Special thanks to the managers,... I always go to Robinson Hall before a venue at the Budweiser Gardens. Be sure to make a reservation. Its great pub style food (steak salad, fish n chips, burgers) go to link(copy and paste into your browser) Website: http://www.robinsonhall-thornydevil.ca/main.html Menu: http://www.robinsonhall-thornydevil.ca/RH_Page_2.pdf Menu pg 2: http://www.robinsonhall-thornydevil.ca/RH_Page_3.pdf Advise: go early on a concert night. Must remember, they do not open until 9pm! The décor is awesome! Lots of lights - even disco balls over the dance floor. By 11:30pm the place was hopping! Two floors with several dance floors and at least two bars. The wait-staff are friendly, attentive and prompt - in spite of the crush of their patrons. Very high security -... More

Came here before my Eric Church concert and found it to be a very smelly place. I can't place my finger on where or what the smell was or was coming from. I also found a whole salt shaker in my food. Had fun on the poles though. Might come back for the nachos.

I was seated right away before my eric church concert, i got the nachos el gringo, think its called... waited around 20 or so mins as it was understandable as it was busy and all tables were full. Great portion for its price I advise anybody to come here before a budweiser event.

Before the Knight's Home Opener, my husband and I stopped in for a bite to eat and a drink. We were greeted by a very unfriendly older woman who directed us to the back of the dark and dingy restaurant. We asked to sit up by a window in a booth that were all empty and she told us that... More

We finally had to settle for water as the pop was not worth drinking The nachos looked good until we started eating them....the cheese was of the worst kind....had the... More

Being located directly across the street from the John Labatt Centre makes this the perfect place to grab a bite to eat or a drink before or after catching a concert, hockey game or whatever you're group is seeing at the JLC. The decorating is modern and classy with lots of TVs usually playing videos of the bands that are... More
