The museum did not have everything in good repair, and some things were missing. We could not find someone to help us out and answer any questions. It was very disappointing.

My daughter recently attended with a group of Girl Guides and loved it! The tour was amazing and I just learned they offer camps too! Sure has changed since I was last there some 30 years ago!!

The museum is very rustic and education experience. They have events and Pow Wow's. You'll get to see a lot of artifacts.

i enjoyed my time at this museum. it was very eduational, interesting and surprising. there was a pow wow going on at the time so there was a lot of dance and drumming; people dressed in native costumes; exhibits of crafting etc. the long house...More

This a must see for any Ontario resident, so important to know/see what was here before the arrival of Europeans. So sorry to see a site like this slowly running down obviously due to lack of support (read $$). Still a must see though.

Great museum for looking at and coming in contact with local native artifacts. You can also have birthday parties or go to day camps at this museum.
