Came from out of town to see a children's show and was told there was "lots of onsite parking". Unfortunately the lot was full when we arrived and the attendant told us to drive around. We ended up parking behind the venue on a residential street at night, all women and a 2 year old..unsettling. I chose to purchase balcony... More

I was here for a graduation ceremony and found the venue dated. From the front of the balcony by stage your view is obstructed due to the angle. If you want to have a clear view of the stage you need to be farther back of at the back to see the whole stage. Watch out for the low railing... More

As a music goer the acoustics within this place are Dreadful, the seating is atrocious compare it to cities such as Toronto with Roy Thompson Hall this is a laughing stock

What a great venue to see a show. Parking was easy, staff was helpful. And they booked a great show.

Great night in this slightly cavernous hall. Great audience response. Very friendly helpful staff but rather a long queue for the gents - it was full of ladies!

Old and in need to updating. I agree with other reviews that it may be best torn down and remade into something people like. I have passed at going to events I would normally like because they are here.

This site should be torn down. There is no parking and public transportation is inconvenient to the entrance. In addition, the seating is amateurish and the place is outside the downtown entertainment row. It has definitely seen better days. The kind thing to do is to not attend any of the mediocre events so the City of London takes a... More

After moving to London I attended a concert here and couldn't believe that an architect had actually designed this as a Centennial project. I assumed it had been a hockey arena and converted to a concert hall, but no, residents assured me it was designed and built this way! Long, narrow, weird seating, terrible acoustics. Only the musicians hate it... More

For a stand up comedy act, the venue was good. Seating on the balcony level was very cramped. No leg room. Acoustics were very good. Lighting was very good. Beverages were reasonably prices. Washrooms for the men were sufficient. For the women; far too few. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We arrived an hour and fifteen minutes before showtime.... More
