We had an incredible tour by Captain Ken!! Such a fun and educational way to spend a family afternoon. The kids (aged 8 and 11) were held captives by the stories and personal connection Capt. Ken brought. What a wonderful treasure we found!!

What a fantastic afternoon. Captain Ken was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and funny. Learned a lot, had fun doing it and saw some things I haven't seen before. Great trip for kids and adults alike.

I read about this place right at London's airport. Though it does not have many aircraft about 6, plus engines and other aircraft memorabilia it is well worth a visit. You are shown around by Ken a volunteer who is full of passion and knowledge having flown many of the aircraft on show. We spent about an hour looking at the exhibits and the entry fee is by donation. Easy to find and close to the radar museum which we did not have time to see so you could get two visits in one if you wanted. There are many pictures and drawings on the walls including the Avro Arrow. Young boys would love this place. There is a small gift shop on the premises also.

I was in awe at how interesting this museum is. I brought my four-year old son one week day morning because he's interested in airplanes. My son absolutely LOVED it! He investigated every piece of equipment, spare part, uniform, model, picture, etc. that there was in the place.
We had a wonderful volunteer tour guide named Jim who made the experience truly memorable. I personally had little to no interest in jet aircraft before visiting the museum, but Jim made it so fascinating! He knows so much history from the Cold War and WWII, along with so much knowledge about jet aircraft. It was hard to tell who was more excited: my son or Jim!
We spent just over two hours here, which seemed a lot longer than the other visitors who seemed to come in and walk around and then leave within 15 minutes. My son was so excited to sit in the various jets that he insisted on sitting in each one twice.
We also got lucky to see a test fighter jet taxi back to its hangar, which was quite the experience. Let's just say it was very hot + loud!
I've been spreading the word to my children's grandparents about this place, so I'm sure we'll be back again for more visits in the future!

Small museum but very informative with great personal touch. Jim our guide was particularly knowledgeable about background details of the aircraft and pilots. Lovely little gem and worth the visit.

I think it's a wonderful place to visit and see historic jets fly and sit around to look at! from 2008 ish to 2013/14 is used to volunteer there for that time...while the mako shark was being painted and all sort of amazing things we made possible...thanks to the team and good work and keep it up!!

also, I put (July 2018 below as my visit but my visits were very frequent from 2009 to 2014 so so...

This is truly hidden gem for anyone with an interest in aviation, but still very interesting for all comers. The focus is on the CT-133 of course but if you're fortunate enough to have Ken Kennedy as your guide you'll be regaled with a wealth of stories on RCAF and other aviation aspects as well - a great guy. All the museum staff are very friendly and open. I was also very impressed by the education programs for grade 6 and grade 10 students - very well put together. The museum is completely run by volunteers and it is only open three days a week, but it's well worth scheduling around that. Very highly recommended.
