Stay away from this company

We pre-booked Toronto Airport Limo for our recent vacation and received an email confirmation. A driver was supposed to pick up my dad and step-mom and then our family at 4:30am on Saturday, December 17th. The driver was a no show. I tried calling the office several times, but there was no answer. I finally got a response on Monday the 19th to one of several emails sent, with not so much as an apology. Unless you want to be stranded, I do not recommend this company.

Terrible Service - unreliable

For anyone looking to book a car service please stay FAR FAR AWAY from this company….Unless you plan on being stranded. I booked a car ride weeks ago as I was doing a big trip. I was coming from Mexico headed to Niagara for a conference. The only flight I could get was to Toronto Pearson and from there I would need a ride. After being in touch with the rep, it seemed like they were on board with picking me up and when I arrived at the airport at MIDNIGHT they left me stranded. Toronto Airport Limo - please do yourselves a favour and get out of business. You have no right to be serving anybody. Funny enough, they claim to be 24/7. Seriously get out of business and customers STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
