This is a lovely small park, very nice for a scenic stroll or some nature photography of flowers, pond, landscaping and turtles.

The park is very small. It has a nice pond with turtles. I do recommend it, but please remember it is a short visit.

This is so close to representing Japanese culture and thoughtfully placed Japanese style artifacts it is a very relaxing walk, The only negative is the lack of parking (4 spots that i saw for street parking) and the fact that it is paid parking. This park seems to be for local residents within walking distance

Visited twice in May in the hopes of seeing cherry blossoms. First visit was on 08 May--purposely timed after seeing news on TV that cherry blossoms in Toronto's High Park were in peak bloom--only to discover that the cherry blossoms in Kariya Park were still mostly in the buds-to-florets stage. We were not alone in thinking we were in for some cherry blossom viewing. Kariya Park was quite busy. There were lots of people posing for photos by the magnolia trees near the front steps leading to the open gate, and inside the park by the white cherry blossom tree-- the only one that was in full bloom at the time. We came back for a second time on 23 May. It was two days after a severe storm hit the province of Ontario. I guess we were lucky the cherry trees still had maybe 2/3 of cherry blossoms still clinging to the branches--the ground beneath was littered with fallen blossoms. Speaking of luck, we had Kariya Park all to ourselves that Victoria Day morning. Except for one little grandma doing her exercise walk several times around the park, all our photos were crowd-free for a change. Even the sleeping male mallard ducks by the ponds were enjoying the peace and quiet. Before 9AM, we noticed people arriving, including the professional photographer with client in tow. It was time to go and let others enjoy the scenery.

Very nice park....tiny and small. Takes 5 minutes to go around. Cherry blossom has not yet started.....and looks like it will be not spectecular this year due to cold weather.

Nice beautiful park worth visiting if you are near to square one. It has small ponds and trees. It’s clean and well maintained. The layout is beautiful and best fit for people who don’t enjoy long walks in huge parks. It is well maintained and clean.

Good cute little park which is nestled in a very busy area in Mississauga very close to square one. As soon as you enter you are welcomed by a cute little water body with a bridge over it. You go further you get to see an old huge alloy bell hanging.. Nice to laze around and spend me time. The biggest advantage is that it is in a walkable distance to many of the residential units around. Worth visiting once though it is a small in size. Forgot saying .... the whole park is oriental themed set up.

The park is just off Burnhamthorpe and Hurontorio. Its a small park with a small pond in the middle. Pets are not allowed in this park (though one finds the odd couple with one). The park itself is clean and quiet.....just to relax not much of activities......

I am not sure how anyone can have peace looking at muddy ponds in this park. This Park definitely needs a good clean up. You do see some turtles and geese but the water these animals are living in is so dirty. I would request city of Mississauga to spend some money on cleaning this park as there are lot of visitors. I would not recommend visiting this park. There is no parking or proper entrance to the park. Hardly any sitting area. Very disappointed.
