We were a group of 9 that had an excellent experience with a winery/brewery tour with Lynn as our guide. She had a great sense of humour, very accommodating, the bus was clean, and the itinerary was just what we were looking for. Can't say enough good things about this company and especially our driver Lynn, she really made the trip for us!! Would definitely book again.

If you need an airport shuttle then get a quote from these guys. I usually deal with niagara airbus' high rates shared transportation but this time for my buffalo airport shuttle I really did some digging. Wheelz rate was cheaper than Airbus shared shuttle by a lot and it was a private direct SUV for my family. They will drive you to your home anywhere in Niagara (i thought they only did tours and hotel drop off in niagara falls) The service from our driver Harold was awesome. Give wheelz a try next time you need airport transportation.

I booked a photo tour for my mother and I last Thursday from the Hilton Niagara Falls .Our guide/driver Harold was fantastic and knowledgeable and took us to several viewing points and parks above the falls before driving North along the parkway for wonderful photo points such as the Aero car, Queenston ( including the Brock monument, the Adam Beck power station, the Mackenzie Printery and lots of stops and time to wander the Niagara on the lake main street with time to have a sandwich lunch on the banks of Lake Ontario ( facing Fort Niagara ) and able to see the Toronto skyline in the distance. Harold adjusted the route to suit our preferences ( we are not great wine drinkers so we just had a quick stop at a winery to photograph some vines. There was rain in the morning and dull as we started the tour but it brightened up to be a beautiful day so Harold took us back up above the falls for some fantastic blue sunny sky photos of the scow above the falls and of the river above the falls showing how the light affects the river colour perception. I took some fantastic photos of the area thanks to Harolds driving and love of photography and of places other tours do not go to. We also used Wheelz to/from Toronto and had a great trip.Thanks very much for a wonderful experience

We completed our 2nd private winery tour with Wheelz Niagara this past Saturday. Another amazing experience!
Harold was our driver. He met us right outside our hotel in Niagara Falls where he arrived on time and was ready for us to head to the Niagara wine region. We had an amazing drive up and stopped at several wineries throughout the day. For many of the wineries, we received comp. wine tasting coupons, which was great. We visited 6 wineries and also stopped for lunch and had time to walk around in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
We booked our reservation with Steve, the owner, and his communication was beyond exceptional. We started planning at least 8-9 months in advance, and Steve stayed on top of the reservation. We made several changes in that time period, and Steve was always more than accommodating to whatever we were interested in doing. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience with Wheelz Niagara. Harold dropped us off right at our hotel, and emailed us the pictures he took the day after our tour. He was also very accommodating with storing our purchases in the back of the van. Everything was perfect.
If you are heading to the Niagara region and looking for a great opportunity to visit the wineries - you cannot go wrong with Wheelz Niagara. I'm already thinking about and looking forward to my next excursion!

My husband and I always rent a car when traveling from one place to another. After doing some research, we stumbled upon this service called Wheelz. We decided to give it a shot and boy were we glad. We booked a transfer from Toronto to Niagara Falls on August 13, and then again August 16, 2019 from Niagara Falls to Toronto Pearson Airport. Both times the drivers were actually 15 minutes early to pick us up. They were very kind, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a site tour as we were driving.
On August the 16, our flight was leaving at 830am and we were very worried we would not get there on time. Harold picked us up at 415am. He assured us the entire way that we would make it in plenty of time, and even offered to stop to get coffee if we wanted. Well, we got there in plenty of time and all the stress had been taken off us. We need more services like this when traveling and would do this again in a second. Thanks so much for making our trip to the airport (especially) a safe and relaxing one.

We needed to maximize our time because we only had 36 hours at Niagara Falls. This was a wise purchase! Bernie was our guide and is a wealth of information. He took us to small, medium, and large wineries and provided interesting history along the way. We learned about the War of 1812. Ask him about the two guys on the barge in 1918. He took our picture at a tiny chapel and took us to a great local restaurant for lunch. Book the tour.

From the moment the transfer was booked - until we returned to Buffalo Airport, everything worked like a charm. The booking process with Steve, the great arrival-guide received well in advance, the greeting at arrival, the pick-up again from the hotel and the timely drop-off again at Buffalo. Excellent service, clean car, very friendly drivers. What more would you want ? HIGHLY recommended!

Dependable, courteous driver. On time. Seems expensive, but upon comparison, no one else is cheaper. The best way to get from airport in Buffalo to Niagara Falls, Ontario!

We had such a wonderful time, learned all about the Niagara area on both the US and Canadian side. The wineries were all perfect, some super casual, some fancy and then a stop for barbecue and a brewery for lunch. He even added an additional stop for us at Gretzky’s winery and distillery. We also got to spend time on Niagara-on-the-Lake- such an amazing little town that is so charming! We went to a cheese tasting and a local pub just to get a feel for the culture of the area. We loved it and will defiantly come back. We would love to set up a group tour through Wheelz Niagara. They took all the extra time needed for us and picked us up and dropped off on the US side. So easy and relaxing!!! At first I thought it was overly pricy and you honestly get what you pay for, I have never had such a individual relaxed tour ever.
