About
CANADA'S LARGEST MINI GOLF ATTRACTION!!! As one of the nation’s largest miniature golf courses, Dinosaur Adventure Golf features two 18-hole courses: "Raptor" and "T-Rex" (A Total of 36 Holes); 3 distinct decorative ponds with fast-moving rapids and bubblers; and a 50 foot high “active” steam-erupting volcano that lets golfers play directly through a realistically eerie, cavernous volcanic interior on their way to the 18th hole. All of this is spread out over a massive 70,000 square foot playing surface, and populated by 50 astonishingly realistic and life-sized dinosaurs -- many which loom over 30 feet high. A digital sound system compliments the scene by pumping out jungle and nature sound effects, which are sure to make even the most skeptical golfers wonder if they’ve been transported back in time hundreds of millions of years. Dinosaur Adventure Golf is located behind the Niagara SkyWheel! *Hours are weather permitting.

Dinosaur Adventure golf is a great place for anyone, they have two 18 hole courses, Raptor and T-Rex, both par 46 holes ranging from par 2 to 4. The cost is $10.99 CDN per person which is in line with other attractions on Clifton Hill. Each ticket has a coupon on it for either a dollar or % off another attraction on Clifton Hill. We chose to play the Raptor course as this a little more challenging, more bunkers and hills. The cashier was very polite and all Covid rules were followed, you scan your own ticket, there are six coloured Sanitised golf balls for you to chose from along with a one time use pencil and a score card, these are all on a special location shelf, we were given the clubs to use by the cashier. Masks are to be worn until you are out on the course. Some of the holes were simple in design but not easy, others were more challenging but not too difficult. There are life size dinosaurs around the courses with dinosaur noises coming from speakers. At the 18th hole your ball goes into the hole and straight to the cashier to be sanitised, the clubs are placed in a special rack to be sanitised. There is hand sanitiser at the beginning and at the end of the round. The courses are very clean and tidy.
I would recommend Dinosaur Adventure Golf to anyone who would like a good time with the family or just for a couple who would like a good laugh.

We made this the main activity our 8 year old wanted to do for dinner. Had a lot of fun and glad we did it. Staff were friendly, and lots of cool interactive things from Dino’s to the volcano that are great for pictures. I would plan to spend an hour or more as this is an experience and it takes time as kids of many families are taking their time enjoying the challenges and Dinos. Course does have some wear in parts but nothing that takes away from experience. If you are looking for pristine greens for miniature golf and to move fast so you can do the next thing I wouldn’t recommend this or plan to do it when you have time to enjoy it as a full experience.

Visited here during JUly 2020, in the Covid pandemic.
The establishment has great Covid sanitation and restrictions in place. Most patrons followed them as well. Everything is disinfected before use. There is hand sanitizer at the entrance and exit of the park. Putters and balls are sanitized again after use. Staff are really friendly, knowledgeable, and wearing masks with barriers in place.
There is even a $1 off coupon on the niagaratourism website!
The more difficult course is challenging but fun. The fire is hot and exciting. Fun for all ages and a nice safe outdoor activity.

I was left in charge of the kids to play golf (4 young kids - 2 nephews and my 2 daughters) so we came here for a while, whilst everyone else went shopping for souveniers. Pricing was annoying, as you have to pay even to go in, even if you don't want to play. It makes sense, as it stops people sneaking in for free!
We chose a route and started to play. It is fairly well maintained but you can see wear and tear as sneaked in, i.e. the greens are fading and the sand is reduced from play. The water is not protected, so when you hit the ball accidently near it, it does fall in! The kids enjoyed it but it is not the easiet.
Staff are there for the money but professional enough. I'd recommend as a one off, especially as many of the other attractions had amssive queues and pricing wise, it's not too bad!

I am not rating terrible because the place looks nice, but you are dealing with bullies running that place. We were 2 moms and 3 kids (5,5 and 8). We went there because the place looked appealing to our little dinosaur lovers. We are not really golf players and it was our first time. We paid full price ticket and went in, got the balls and clubs and let kids play around, got some pictures with dinosaurs and kids lost their balls in 5 min, we went to door to get extra balls and they told us to leave. We said we have not played yet we are here to get balls and the boy at the door left and this horrible woman came to us yelling that we cannot play and we have to leave and when I wanted to explain that we did not even play we where just letting kids have fun she literally screamed at me because I cut her off and did not let her finish her sentence! We said why are you screaming? We are here just to let kids have fun. She said because you cut me off!
We did leave the place anyways and did not get any apology.
If It was not because of presence of our kids and if it was not the last few hours of our 3 day vacation, I would definitely escalate, and I am sure they are aware of that because it is a tourist spot and people come with kids and have no time to follow up on their horrible manner.
We did not even know about the “none player tickets” which are not advertised anywhere so we payed full price and we where not even complaining about that. They basically ruined our fun and gave us specially the kids such bad experience. My son said this was the worst part of our trip and he ripper the card that they handed to us and he was exited at the beginning to keepsake. My daughter (5) was crying and got so scared because that “lady” yelled at her mommy.
Anyways, I will keep informing other parents about this place.

Hi ladlz,
Please email info@cliftonhill.com with this account, plus additional information such as the time and date of your visit. If you have your receipt still, that is even better as it will state all this so that we can look into this further and get to the bottom of the issue at hand.
Thank-you very much!

Everytime I come to Clifton hills, I always walked by this mini put and have always wanted to play here, because it just looks so fun with all the dinosaurs. Today, I finally got the chance to go mini putting at the Dinosaur Adventure Golf! I must say, my friends and I very much enjoyed ourselves! This mini put course has such a great atmosphere and very enjoyable scenery because of all the dinosaurs around! and an “erupting” Volcano of fire! Very cool! The price is also very reasonable and not too expensive! I would definitely recommend this to family’s with children, a group of friends whether you are a teenager or older, and couples. Fun for everyone. I would definitely come back and play.

If you like mini-golf I don't see why you wouldn't have fun here unless you don't like crowds/little kids.
The giant volcano blows some seriously real heat. Besides just a volcano there are dinos, rocks and caves etc. A fair amount of variety between holes.
Fun family activity to fill some time.

Great time and lots of fun by all that went with us. The volcano is such an awesome touch..we try and go a couple times a year. One small piece of advice..Have someone out there keeping an eye on people who cut in line and ruin the fun for others. Looks like some pieces were broke as well and hadn't been fixed.

Thanks for your feedback, R2707RImichellem!
We are in the process of fixing damaged pieces on the course. Unfortunately some people aren't as well-behaved as others. We do our best to keep the Clifton Hill Security Patrol and supervisors walking the course, but there are always some that do damage when we aren't looking. We hope you will come back again soon!

Quite affordable and lots of fun. So when you go there's two options for the paths you can take, we took the red flagged path which was a bit harder. The sound effects of the dinosaurs around us were fun especially if we were talking and they would just line up with our conversation. Something that is fun to do with a small group. They even provide score cards so you can keep score for everyone if you want to determine a winner!

We're a couple of 67 year olds but we sure had fun playing mini golf here. The course is well done and it wasn't very busy that day so we were able to take time to get some pics of the dinosaurs for our grandson too.
We felt it was well worth the money!

Can you see the dinosaurs if you walk or drive by in the winter when the park is closed?
