Everyone reading, please keep in mind that when the minibus is on idle, DO NOT GET OFF!!! Mr. Bernard just so happen to take us to the flower clock outdoor exhibit suggesting for a photo-op. As several passengers including me got off just for that, then not even 5 min, I turned around he was gone. I couldn’t believe the bus left leaving me stranded he didn’t even personally apologised. Thankfully, a fellow passenger (which I gave him my $10 USD tip meant for the tour guide) I was sitting next to notify him to turn back around to get picked up and back on board. As a fellow tour guide driver, not only one must ensure the safety of each individual but maintaining as well in always doing a head count at every disembark before continuing both on/off and certainly not just for that easy day’s pay. The nerve of him of not keeping mindful is shameful and he needs to keep in mind who gets on and off before leaving. Bottomline, to improve a positive experience, I believe tour guys needs to pay close attention and oversee in doing a simple headcount before departing. If I return, I think in suggestion I’ll be going with a different alternate tour groups.
