I was disappointed that this exhibition is now closed. The entire building seems one for. As a matter of fact, homeless are sleeping there. We did however find a geocache close by.

The sand sculpture exhibit is a must see attraction in Niagara Falls. I was impressed by the talent and creativity of each exhibit. It was like seeing history unfold right in front of my eyes. Spectacular sand exhibits.

The only downside to the Sand Sculptures exhibition is the price tag of $16 per adult, however I did purchase a Wagjag to bring significant savings. The exhibit is also short but the sculptures are very impressive. As a fan of Canadian history, all the sculptures are dedicated to the war of 1812 and very informative. The location is the former arena to the old OHL team Niagara Falls Thunder, and has free parking, located a couple of minutes away from the top of Clifton Hill (same street, changes name).

The sculptures were awesome, the few they had. Certainly not worth the $16 per adult price tag. The short movie showing how they made them was interesting .

In a nondescript Hockey Arena a hidden gem awaits in Niagara. The Sand Sculptures Exhibit in Niagara brings Canadian and American history to life in giant 3D story telling through Sand Sculptures. The craftsmanship that went into carving these sculptures to life is truly breath taking.
After you have been mesmerized by the artistry you are lead into a sensory theatre of 3D art that is brought to life in a multimedia experience. The perfect way to end a trip and relax and open your mind to creative possibilities. Look forward visiting again soon.

Its amazing to see what hey have down with this old arena in Niagara Falls. This new attraction is truly amazing. They have a video in one section that shows all the work that was put into making this exhibit and interviews with the artist from all over the world. I have never seen anything like this before. I really enjoyed the tribute to the War of 1812, and loved the display linking Canada to the United States. Well done!! There is plenty of onsite parking free included with admission, my only comment is check the hours before hand, they are closed most days.

The craftsmanship of these sand sculptures is truly amazing, and the detail of these sculptures is second to none. I would highly recommend people to go and see this amazing work of art before it is too late. Well worth the visit.
