This is a must. Luckily I went out of season when the path only had a few dog-walkers. It was beautiful. Most of it was frozen over.

You can hear the roaring of the water, feel the current of the water as well. this is a safe place to visit

lovely views, nice walk along the boardwalk next to strong rapids. We got splashed a little on one of the lookout/platforms. Also my husband's scooter (though smaller than the average ADA scooter) fit on the boardwalk so that enabled him to enjoy the experience with...More

My favourite of all Niagara's mother nature attractions taking you down 230 feet (70 meters) to the bottom of the gorge. One can walk along and experience the wildest and longest stretch of whitewater class 6 rapids in North America.....totally mesmerizing and breathtaking.

I fitted the visit to this attraction towards the end of the day as it was further out than the rest of the attractions. The queues were long for the lift down to the boardwalk but once you are down there, there is no rush....More

Awesome display of force of nature, you can get rite down close with the water to see just how high/ intense the water gets in that area, this is a must see when visiting Niagara Falls,

I had the experience of walking the entire site. There are historical signs along the way to provide context that's quite interesting. The views are breathtaking!

It was about $12 for an adult. There are lots of packages available for Niagara but we didn't get this through a package.

They manage the tourist this way taking them down by the elevator. The answer to your question is no
