The cruise out to the falls is incredible. It’s amazing how close the boat gets. It was windy and a little wet even with the ponchos but was so worth it. Our family had a great time and we all agreed this is an absolute must for anyone visiting the falls.

We absolutely loved the Hornblower boat trip. We were all given ponchos and set off past the American Falls before heading to Horseshoe Falls. It was amazing how close the boat took us and how long we spent under the falls - it was very wet and windy and you really experience the incredible power of the water. It was so great to experience the falls up close, and very different to viewing them from above. Very good value for money at $33 per adult.

This was by far the highlight of our trip to Niagara. You get soaked to the skin despite being given a bright pink waterproof. The journey takes you first to the American falls being going as close as possible to the magnificent Horseshoe falls. This is an iconic and must do when visiting Niagara

Amazing experience to see both falls from the Canadian side. Took the second boat in the morning in a week day and was not crowed, very comfortable. It is nice to get wet 😂.

Wow, just checked off a bucket list visit. Niagara City Cruises is on the Canada side (the better side) and is a great value for a one hour boat ride going under the falls. Weather was perfect and of course we got wet

I took the city cruise last June, it was the best experience compared to all the other attractions in Niagara Falls. That was why after Solar Eclipse, we would like to end our tour with a great memory of Niagara Falls. However, this time I felt the first city cruise ride at 10 AM was shorter and faster. I didn't experience the same as the last time. On the way to the Falls we saw the US boat coming back, and when we finished our ride, the US boat was still on the way to their deck! I really felt it was shorter ride this time. Maybe because it was the first ride or in the winter time?!

So it is an experience to go up to the falls at water level, without a doubt.

Boats take a lot of people on each trip and it feels crowded, you get a cover over plastic Mac but you’re still going to get wet.

Not essential for a view of the falls but if you want to feel the power of the falls this is one of the few ways to do it.

We wanted to get up close without taking too long or getting soaked. This was 30 minutes return trip. Choice to stay inside or out.
Just what we needed. We had a wheelchair with us, mostly accessible but a bit of pushing still

This cruise was the highlight of our trip to Niagara! We booked last minute after our original tour company fell through and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Seeing the falls up close was a life changing experience! We did get wet but luckily it was sunny for a November afternoon and we dried off quickly!
