Best waterpark experience ever! Hardly any wait for the slides, super helpful staff. We rented a cabana and I highly recommend it! We had a beautiful view of the Falls!

Worst waterpark of all time. THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS for a family of four. For a waterpark that itself was well below average. Long lines, mediocre slides and only a small handful of them. Locker rooms were gross, water was cloudy and cold, and the front desk staff was arrogant and rude. The website told us it would be 40/pp. Then when we arrived they told us that was just a joke and it was actually seventy dollars per person. Plus 12 for the locker. 20 for a 5-dollar pair of goggles, 40 to park. A total cash grab for a place that isn't even all that fun or interesting. Would NOT recommend. At all. To anyone.

I took my 10 year old to the water park and we stayed for only about an hour. My son lives for pools so we essentially came to Niagra because of this water park. The park is incredibly dirty and poorly maintained with tons of staff standing around doing nothing. The same three were in the same spot when came in and left. There was essentially 2 body slides other than the ones that were located on the little kids area and the rest required tubes. The water was freezing yet my son was not allowed in the hot tubs. The wave pool was the equivalent to sloshing around in bath tub. And the KICKER is that anyone above 3 years of age has to pay the $40 admission. Like seriously $40??
Sheer disappointment if you have ever been to West Ed. or even a really good local Rec Center with a pool. If you have experienced either you should avoid this place- nothing but a money grab.

Quick trip to visit family. The cabanas are a nice addition. It’s good to have your own space to rest and warm up after you swim in the cold water. Food was decent and staff was friendly.

We took our family of 16, with 8 of them being our grandchildren ages 5 to 11, and there parents on Friday March 24th. We stayed overnight at the Skyline Hotel and used the Waterpark Friday the 24th and Saturday the 25th. We had an amazing time with the family and would highly recommend this Waterpark for a fun family outing. Our grandchildren can't stop talking about how much fun it was. Thanks for a fun time.

Water park was way too cold. Hot tub outside was like a warm tub. This was very disappointing for me and the kids.

Slides were good, as was the kids slide complex. My kids enjoyed the outdoor warm pool.

I never saw so many cold people walking around in an indoor park in my life. The air temperature was not very warm at all. The water being cold, ok, but cold air is not acceptable. There were insufficient lockers available till 3 pm, which was very annoying as you risked leaving personal items under your chair. Many staff seemed not fully engaged, or grumpy. It would be nice to know when the wave pool is active, to fully experience it. No clocks anywhere to be found. Outdoor ( warm) pool is not enclosed - consider doing so in future, to reduce wind chill. My intuition dares to ask if the Fallsview Waterpark is on a permanent decline? Even if you could amend three of the above, would make a huge difference.

FYI if you want hotel guest early access (9am) to the waterpark, buy your tickets thru the hotel. We purchased a ticket/hotel package thru Expedia and even tho we were staying at the hotel, the lone front desk agent said "technically" it didn't count and we had to wait until 11am to enter. There also doesn't seem to be an occupancy limit as the place was packed solid. My family having recently recovered from COVID, we didn't feel like going thru that again so we just left. Wish we would've read more reviews prior to buying tickets and saved ourselves the 300$ (no refunds btw). Like other reviewers have said, lockers are tiny and expensive.

My 3-year-old son, was playing on the toy called "Falls Avenue - Beach House" on the smallest slide, there are 2 of them in blue (suitable for babies and small children). He was supervised by me and my husband the whole time, when after sliding down the slide, in front of the blue mat (EXTREMELY SLIPPERY) that is used to break falls, while standing trying to get out of the way he slipped and hit his face on the floor so hard that his nose it bled A LOT, we even thought the nose had broken, but luckily I don't think so.

Another extremely unpleasant thing is the unbearable smell of chlorine. The chlorine level seems absurd in this place. We have already visited several waterparks here in Canada and in the world and we have never seen ANYTHING like this, our eyes (even out of the water) were burning and our nostrils with an absurd burning sensation. My children arrived home with red eyes, sneezing and a runny nose, intoxicated by the strong smell.

My family spent the day at the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. The park was enjoyable and the kids had fun. However, the Assistant Guest Services Manager, Guarav W was pompous and rude towards us and other clients. We accidentally bought our passes twice, once through our hotel and once directly through the park. When we asked for assistance, Guarav dismissed us and told us that the tickets were non-refundable. I take responsibility for my mistake, but I was disappointed with his lack of willingness to help us.
Marred an otherwise enjoyable experience and turned a $500 day into an $800 day.

Great Wolf Lodge doesn’t treat its guests like this!
