Coming in we were informed that 2 slides were out of service and they offered either 50% off or a complimentary ticket for next day. We thought about the ticket but then after going in the wave pool and the rest of the slides were close twice for more than 30 minutes each time because they found something in the water. The fans are a bot strong and it gets kind of windy inside. We decided not to go back because they took too long to activate the wave pool and requested the 50% refund. Now we have to wait a week and hopefully we will get it. Not a very good experience so we probably won't return.

My family had a lot of fun at this Waterpark. First some people had 3 or a 4 hour block time. I would not recommend this. I bought my tickets separate from the hotel and was there the whole day. Buy a whole day pass. 4 hours is not enough time. On the slides there will be lines so that takes a lot of the 4 hour time. The Waterpark is showing signs of being old but we still had a good time. The slides were great. The wave pool had no waves. Just a large pool to swim in. That was alittle disappointing. There were lots of people there. Not easy to practice social distancing due to covid. It actually made me alittle nervous. I wanted to go to wolf lodge but it is double the price. OverallI would recommend this Waterpark. But don't expect perfection as it is showing some age.
Skyview hotel review
The hotel room was clean. It is a old hotel with no extra s. The garden view rooms have a court yard in the middle to sit and kids were playing.. Lots of families with lots of little kids. Family and kid friendly. If you don't like kids don't stay here. Most people at the hotel were going to the water park which is connected with the hotel. That was nice. Walls were so thin you could hear the families conversation next door. I am not kidding!!!! Overall my family had a good time. Prices were alot cheaper than wolf lodge. Could not afford wolf lodge. Just don't expect a perfect Waterpark and perfect hotel. This is not it. But You and your family can have a great time if you lower your expectations alittle.

My son was there for a Birthday party and was going down the slide with my adult brother in law when their tube his the water at the bottom of the slide my son 13yrs was ejected from the tube. He landed face first on the slide and sustained two broken front teeth. After rushing him to the dentist, where he underwent two root canals I called the waterpark to enquire about getting the cost of the dental repairs. (my husband and I are both self employeed and have no benifits). I was told that they wouldn't cover a thing and basically when you purchase your pass it is a waiver releasing them of all accountablilty.
I am disgusted with the way it was handled, and never even received a phone call askin gif he was ok.

I thought my 3-year-old son and I might have a fun day at the indoor waterpark. There is no lower fee for kids older than 3, so I paid in total $130.00 plus parking ($24) and $12 for a locker. we went into the change room and women's washroom and the second I walked in my son and I noticed how loud the music was. My son wanted to leave, I explained I needed to go to the washroom. He was really upset and said the music was too loud and it scared him. I forced him into the toilet area, and he was quite upset. When we went into the water park area, The music was still really loud, but it was a little more torriable. my son calmed down and we went for a swim. I noticed my son needed to go to the washroom and I asked if I could take him. He refused and said it was too loud in the washroom and he wanted to go home. Long story short I took him to the reception area to calm him down, the only quiet spot. We then went and got our things from our locker and went home. I let him pee in a garbage can because he was too terrified to go back into the washroom. When I went to the front desk to let them know. I nicely said I would like to provide some feedback. The girl just stared at me! said nothing. not "I'm sorry to hear it was too loud, or i'll pass along that feedback. just looked at me. I said "thank you for listening" and off we went. I don't think we'll be back for a Long time if ever. They should have a lower fee for kids 5 and under, they can only ride a few slides. It seems like nothing is set up for families these days, and it's really disappointing.

Went with my family in March. (Not the March Break). We were pleasantly surprised. It was our first time there. We read the reviews and therefore, our expectations were low.
We had a great time! We stayed at The Sheraton and got their Waterpark package. That allowed us to go on the night we arrived from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and then the following day from 11:00a.m.-3:00 p.m.
The number one tip I have is to rent a cabana. It's not cheap but it's worth it. Provides you a little escape when things are hectic. It gave us our own place to eat, relax and enjoy the view.
It's warm in the Waterpark. There were some lines but we didn't wait any longer than 10 minutes for a slide. I didn't find that terrible. That was only when everyone was in the park. When we first got there lines were minimal. I thought the lifeguards were all organized and did a great job keeping the participants safe and orderly.
My kid loved it. His eyes lit up. My husband and I quite enjoyed the water slides as well. Look, you're not going to have the place to yourself. Go with the mindset that it will be busy and realise you'll need to wait in some lines. We had a blast.

Very poor level of service, own food and liquids not allowed, my child fainted in line for food and water at the water park restaurant. In the men's room there is only one for all visitors. The same situation with the shower. There are no systems working in the jacuzzi, people just sit in warm water. Parking is paid separately. The water is saturated with a substance that caused my friend and I to itch. Periodically, the large pool is closed and then a crowd of visitors just stands with children in their arms, waiting for their return. We arrived for the whole day, and were forced to leave everything we saw after 2.5 hours. Waste of time, money and most importantly a bad mood. I would not recommend this park to anyone.

My family went to the fallsview waterpark on Sunday during March break. I thought that the waterpark was selling limited amount of tickets due to covid 19, but that wasn't the case. It was soooo crowdy. We couldn't swim in the pool. You can only stand there because of the crowd. Kids that were trying to swim in the pool were kicking us because there was no room for swimming. I took my 4 y.o. to the kid slides and we had to wait for about 20- 30 min.... for small kid slides! We couldn't' keep any social distancing while in the line because kids were trying to cut the line so everyone was standing as close as possible to each other so kids don't sneak in front of you.
I couldn't wait to get out of that place!

When we checked in, it was a chaos that our wristbands were given wrong dates. The staff (service centre) at the indoor pool (17th March - between 5 & 6 PM) calmly approached us saying our passes have expired. We were upset and embarrassed, but very impressed on how they dealt with us.
As for the indoor pool, it was very busy, long line ups, but worth the waits. We felt safe, and we had fun.

March Break
Slightly long review -
Booked 2 nights at the Sheraton with the husband and kids (ages 9, 7, 5) that included the Fallsview waterpark package. We knew the waterpark was going to be busy with it being March break. However, we did not expect the place to be completely overrun.
We arrived Monday afternoon and headed to the waterpark at 4pm. It was completely packed. We managed to snag one chair for the 5 of us to put our towels down. Other guests had no chairs and had to put their belongings where ever they could find a spot. The lines for the rides/slides were long and kids and adults alike were trying to cut the lines and there was some pushing and shoving. The pool had to be cleared 2x the 2 hrs were were there. And when the pool closed, everyone rushed to get on the rides, creating more lines. It took at least 30 minutes each time to clean the pool.
We were not told at check-in that hotel guests could enter the park early at 10am. This was also not noted on the Fallsview website. So the next day my husband took 2 of the kids at 1045 and it was already packed. He couldn't find a chair to put our stuff so he left them near a plant. When I arrived with my other child we circled the place twice and couldn't find a seat. Guests were grabbing chairs from eating areas and dragging them out. Finally a very nice woman offered one of her chairs to us. It was her that told me about the hotel guests being allowed in at 10am.
Before we left on Wednesday my husband brought the kids to the waterpark one last time. He was in line at 930am. He said it wasn't as busy at 10am, but he left before it opened to the public at 11am. My kids were able to go on a couple of the slides a few times. And when he left, there was already a big lineup of people waiting to get in and nearly every chair was already taken.
My 2 youngest still had fun but having to wait 15-20 minutes in line to go down 1 water slide tested their patience. The place also looks like it could use a good cleaning, and the rubber surface looks like it needs to be replaced. The water in the pool looked cloudy, I assume from so many people attempting to use it. I'm not sure what the capacity limit is, but perhaps this was management's way of making up for lost revenue - by letting anyone willing to pay, into the waterpark.
Overall it was disappointing experience.

We are a family of five and purchased passes for the water park for the Monday of March break. We were disappointed with the overcrowding but understood it would be busy because of the time of year. Unfortunately more than half of the features were shut down at one time or another and it left little for our five and seven year old to do. The kids had a terrible time for a large part of the day, which seems impossible at a water park. When I asked for a refund or discount due to the closures I was told they were not offering refunds and instead I could return another day, which is a somewhat tone deaf response considering most people are travelling some distance to be there. We will definitely not be returning.

Hi friends! Would someone please tell me how far walking distance from Sheraton hotel to the park? On the website of fallsview water park, it list 3 hotels that are directly connected. How many minutes to walk there.
Thanks!!

ThEy certainly did not deliver our food. They gave us a beeper. That they said would. Vibrate when the food was ready. We waited and waited for a while. Then went down for the food.

Hi everyone! Who has been in the winter? Looking to book January 2020 but we need to make sure the hours match our schedule. Ideally, they would stay open until 9pm like they do in the summer. Can someone please confirm if you've been there in January previously?

I would check their website to see what their hours are during the off season months. I went in April and they were closed on the Tuesday and Wednesday of the week I went. Or you can call them to see what their hours are during the week your visiting. Also check groupon for discounted rates for tickets. Have a great trip!
How does it compare to americana and great wolf lodge

Hi,
I found that GWL has less activities for 8 + kids and is double the price. Food options are better at Fallsview and you have a choice of hotels and you always get a free show with the Fallsview Waterpark packages. I also noticed high chlorine use at GWL but depends on when you go. I have a 5 and 12 year old so I prefer Fallsview because of the range of activities, location and because it is more budget friendly.

is there enough there for 8,10 and 13 year old kids who have been to cedar point or should we go back to cedar point water park?

I've never taken my boy to Cedar Point, but with the large slides, and body slides here I'd say they would enjoy it. Lots to do in the area as well. Great time every time we go, and we go a lot!!
Do they offer beach towels and flip flops/sandals? If we carry our phone around with waterproof cases, would they let us use the slides?
PJ N

They do offer towels but no flip-flops. We wear water shoes at any water park. We don't own a waterproof camera case, but I saw lots of people wearing them on the slides with no problem! Enjoy!

There is a toddler area but it is small...there is also a small 'dry' park. If you are planning to stay over anyway, then sure, but if they are that young I would be inclined to just enjoy a hotel pool.
