Very average experience, nothing special at all
Let’s be honest, this is primarily a family spot, catering to families with kids. So open up at least one of the two hot tubs for the kids! That’s how it is at Great Wolf Lodge and World Waterpark. Will not be returning!

    Definitely Worth It!
Great place to go. We did the hotel and waterpark passes so had access to waterpark 1-7pm the first day and 11-3pm the second day, which is more than enough! Barely any wait for slides (we went Tues/Wed). The restaurant inside is not crazy overpriced which is nice. Bring your own towels and just leave your stuff on a chair (not worth renting lockers). Will definitely be back.

There is something for everyone. Get soaking wet as soon as you arrive. And try all the slides
Fun filled two days. Grab a tube when the wave ends in the general pool. And just go! The mats were fun for the races but screaming only leads to a bit of water boarding at very unexpected times. All fun…didn’t even spend any time in the cabanas. And not much of a view. But who cares. The activity line up was energizing. And lots of attention paid to safety inside and outside the pool. I thought I would for sure get sick given the crowd the day we visited, and the fact that EVERYONE was in the water. But no. I was fine and ready to return.

    Fantastic for the whole family!
Great waterpark for all ages! Something for everyone. Clean, tons of space, lots of chairs, and great fun! Get there right at opening or the pre-open times for hotel guests to take advantage of a less jammed park and quick slide waits.

    Looking very tired
This was our first visit to Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. We were there over Easter, which may have accounted for how busy it was. Since we were staying at an attached hotel, we could get in 2 hours earlier, which was helpful. However, being open from 9am-8pm doesn't leave much time for cleaning, which was apparent. The stairs up to the "Toob Tower" were pretty gross. My overall impression was that very little maintenance has been done since this park was built. The paint was peeling off the stairs, big chunks of the rubberized splash pad surface were missing and the splash pad slide clearly needed a good scrubbing. Everything is very close together compared to other parks we have been at, which can be both positive and negative. My kids had fun, but we won't be back. Zehnders (Frankenmuth MI) and Splash Lagoon (Erie, PA) were both much nicer facilities at a similar price point.

Stayed at Skyline Hotel which connects directly to the Water Park -our son is 11 years old. He rated his experience 6.3 / 10 as the water park is small and there are no thrilling slides even though the website advertises thrilling slides. We wanted to give this park a try and will not be returning as we prefer Great Wolf Lodge because it is: cleaner, has professional staff, variety of thrilling rides including a lazy River, big wave pool with big waves, variety of food & drink options, outdoor jacuzzi for adults, outdoor mini golf etc) For Falls View Water Park we enjoyed the purple (bowl slide), yellow (body slide) and carpet slides (pink and blue). For what we paid it was not worth the trip. We enjoyed the outdoor pool more than the wave pool. The water outside the pool was warm and I found the wave pool water to be cold. Wave pool is small and waves are small (hardly no waves) Food options at the hotel is nothing special. This may be good option for younger kids but even younger kids and older would have a great time at Great Wolf Lodge

If your planning on bringing your kids ensure that are well over the minimum height requirements of 40". We measured our daughter before visiting to ensure this and visited the dr despite being height at home and dr height measured. As per there scale she measured 39.5 . Then we used there posted signage and she was 40" had many people measure and there was discrepancies. Once speaking to management she would only go off the one in guest services and tiki bar not the top water slide where she was height. The signage near the pirate play area needs to be removed if picking and choosing what they choose is valid for height. My daughter is 5 and 42" has done many slides. This is a joke of establishment. Don't even try to through the standards thing out there. It's not about that. It's about selecting what measurement system you choose to use that day. To avoid disappointment make sure your child is well above 42" to account for the discrepancies.

We went to the waterpark as part of our hotel package and planned to stay there the whole day. Unfortunately we did not bring towels because as hotel guests, we were told they would have towels there. When we asked for towels, they charged us 5 dollars per towel. But these towels were small, thin, could be used as hand towels. They were not even new towels. They were cheap, overly used and rewashed ( def not worth 5 dollars each- even though on the website it states towels start at 3.75 - so that was a lie) We had no choice but to purchase the towels. We got there early, put our belongings on the chairs as most of the guests do. These towels were already used from my kids and were hung to dry on the back of the chairs. We went to the wave pool for 5 min, came back and all of our towels were gone. Someone literally took our towels hanging from our seat. We went to management and spoke to Nicole who was the manager at that time who was quite rude and not helpful at all. We explained that our towels that we just paid for were on our seats was stolen and if we can just have 1 towel as my kids are now wet and cold as they were waiting for me to get a towel. My one child even came with me to get a towel and was dripping wet and Nicole who saw my child next to me states well she can charge my room 5 dollars for another towel. Like are you kidding me?? Nicole stated that purchasing the towels were final sale but the person who sold it to us never stated that. Let alone our towels were taken from our seats in there waterpark. We just spent money on cheap towels for each of my kids and in their waterpark- was stolen who couldn’t even give us 1 towel? We left because we were so disgusted with the waterpark and would never ever go back again. Obviously these towels have been rewashed several times. So it’s final sale on re-used towels? I also find it weird that all the towels that was clearly from the waterpark were all taken away from our seats that were hanging. If someone was to take it why would they take all of them? Would the facility take them back to rewash to be resold again? Hmmm…makes you think esp since Nicole was so quick to state that she can charge the 5 dollars to my room….not even trying to help locate the towel or anything or even showed any care that my child who was wet standing next to me not offering to help out. You need to rethink who you hire as managers especially within guest services pertaining to water parks for kids.

I was excited to go to the waterpark . My wife and I would enjoy the hot tub and the kids would enjoy the slides and wave pool. But it was another what I expected. The hot tubs were old and the jets were not working .It was like sitting in a bath tub with no bubbles and had other couples just looking at each other is disbelief how we all paid money for a crappy experience. These hot tubs need to be fixed. We even asked staff to help us but it was a waste of time. My kids were enjoying the wave pool until a young kid puked in the pool and then we decided to get outta there. I don’t blame the waterpark for things that are outside their control but some things are just not acceptable and can make a paying customer very disappointed

We will definitely not be going back. Do not waste your money here. Lifeguards and staff were rude and not accommodating at all. If you plan on staying in one of the hotels, the Skyline is a dump and a hike/ nightmare to get to the water park, especially with small children. Signs/ directions to sign in, get water park passes etc. were unclear or non-existent.
Lines on the waterslides were so long, the kids lost interest. The wave pool is hardly ever turned on, and it is full of bandaids. I was told I had to dump out my drink, only to enter the water park, where everyone had drinks. Then we were told the water park closed at 7:00. If you want to be stressed out and waste your money, stay here. What an absolute waste!
