Wow! My family of five enjoyed every minute of the helicopter ride. It was so nice to get a different perspective of the falls and the surrounding area. The ride was comfortable and smooth. I highly recommend it!

We went to Niagara Falls on our honeymoon, and my mother purchased the helicopter trip as a wedding gift for us. The experience far exceeded our expectations! Our pilot was friendly, and patiently answered our questions and gave details about everything we saw. He also didn't talk too much, which was nice because my husband and I were able to enjoy the views together without constantly having to respond to someone else. Our tour included Lake Ontario and the wine region, as well as the river all the way up to the falls. It was a breathtaking view, and we have tons of photos to remember how great the view was. We also got a bottle of sparkling wine, which we decided to save and will open on our first anniversary. This was a wonderful and unique tourist activity to experience all of Niagara Falls and the region around it, and it is by far our most favorite memory from our honeymoon! We tell everyone that the best way to view Niagara Falls is by helicopter, and I certainly recommend this company to anyone looking. My mom also said that this was the only company (on both the American and Canadian sides) that would return her phone calls and answer her questions. Thanks National Helicopters for a perfect adventure!

We booked this tour online with
Viator. I was asked to phone to confirm the flight a day or two before the but never received a call back.( This is the only criticism I have to make)
So myself & my wife made our way to Niagara District airport to check in. Thankfully they were expecting us & we were shown a safety video before going up.
The flight was fantastic which started with views of The Niagara river taking in the whirlpool & power stations from both sides. The sight of the falls from above was amazing & so glad we took the flight even though we had viewed them from all angles the day before. The flight took 20minutes which is more than most of the other tours and feel we received good value & memories from the flight.

My girlfriend and I had a private tour for 360. The flight was 20 minutes long (I think the longest heli tour in Niagara Falls). We had a great view of the winery region and the falls, you can see the rainbow on the falls from the sky. Everybody was very friendly, I would recommend this to anyone.

I checked out the internet for helicopter rides and saw that National Helicopters offered a 20min ride for the same price as their colleagues proposing only 12min!
We did not have any reservations, but the people welcomed us warmheartedly, gave us a discount and we got on the next helicopter ride!
After the ride, they offered us to take pictures with the helicopter.
The friend I was traveling with, happens to fly helicopters himself, so they went on talking and we received a free cap!
Before we left they gave us great advice on a winery to visit in the neighborhood, ... really nice people!
And of course I really enjoyed the view!

Checkout heli tours when in niagara, best deal you can get in area. We had a great time, the staff were friendly, informative and made you feel special. had awesome flight over the falls and surrounding area. Check out transport from your hotel to Niagara on the lake district airport before you fly.worth every dollar, would do it again tomorrow. many thanks

I spent a week in niagra falls in November and then a week in New York for my 21st birthday.
One of my birthday presents from my girlfriend was this helicopter tour and I couldn't be any more pleased.
Now my girlfriend is one of those people that hate flying however she and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
We would highly recommend doing this as you'll regret it afterwards.
Our trip was planned for the day of my actual birthday however it snowed and we postponed it for 2 days later and I'll tel you what I'm glad we did as it looked amazing with the snow.
One of my birthday presents from my girlfriend was this helicopter tour and I couldn't be any more pleased.

If you do nothing else in Niagara, a helicopter tour is a must. First time I had ever been in a helicopter and I did not find it frightening at all. The experience is breath taking, magnificent, whatever words you wish to throw at it. Just a wonderful experience.

We don't have an individual weight limit for passengers. We do get passengers of different heights and weights and we always adjust passenger loads to keep the total aircraft weight within limits and all passengers seated comfortably.
