I would give this 10 stars if I could! What a fabulous experience from start to finish. Booking a time and date online was easy and much better than waiting in line for a hop on hop off tour operated by others.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the base is large, air conditioned with toilet facilities and you can leave your bag/s at the desk.
Take off and landing was smooth and the flight itself, exhilarating, a memory we will never forget, what amazing views!! There was audio commentary through the headset and we could also talk to each other through the headsets. The helicopter circled so that everyone got a good view. My husband got to sit in the front where the views were even better as you could see under you as well.
My advice would be to visit the falls area first so that you can easily identify landmarks and get your bearings.
This is one experience we will never forget and I can't recommend this company enough.

Great experience and the staff were amazing!! The entire experience was worth every penny. If you want to do a helicopter ride in Niagara I highly suggest this one.

The pilots and team were fun but highly professional at all times. Extremely courteous truly amazing experience it was my birthday on the day weflew and I sat in the front and got the most amazing video. Would highly recommend this tour

The weather was great which led to excellent views. Tour was okay and a bit costly, but not great. Would have been nice to have even a little dialogue/information about the area during the flight, since we were visiting from another country and was unfamiliar with terrain.

Hi there,
Thanks for the review. Unfortunately due to Transport Canada requirements our pilots are not always able to give a dialogue. In fact in certain areas of the tour (near the falls) we are forbidden to talk with the passengers at all. These rules are put in place to ensure the safety of all passengers and air traffic in the Niagara Scenic area. If there are opportunities to chat in other areas of the tour it is done so at the pilot's discretion and only when it is deemed safe to do so.
If you are ever back in the area please let us know as we would like to make it up to you some how.

Our family was visiting Niagara Falls for the first time this past May. We took the private helicopter tour with Ryan as our pilot. The views of the Falls from the air were amazing! Ryan was wonderful to work with. He made scheduling very easy and took us on the best course to let us have the best sights along the way from both sides of the helicopter. You should not miss this opportunity.

The best view in town. Highly recommend flying above the falls. Worth every penny. Would do it again. Ryan was our pilot and was awesome. Everyone was friendly, took pictures of us and was very accommodating and calming. Thank you for a wonderful ride!

Great flight. Excellent views of the falls but also the Niagara River, the vineyards, canal, etc. More than "just" the falls.

Cannot recommend this tour enough. It is a bit further out then other helicopter tours but you get more flight time. We were really well looked after, and everything was well explained and kept up to date. Brilliant, highly recommended, one of the best way to see the falls and if you are lucky you can also see the Toronto skyline.

Can you take a small handbag on with you

Yes you are permitted to take a single small handbag on the flight with you. All larger baggage can not be taken however out staff can watch your bags for you while you are flying.

Most of our passengers rely on a taxi, Uber or rental car to bring them from their hotel in Niagara Falls out to the Niagara District Airport, where we are located.

We don't have an individual weight limit for passengers. We do get passengers of different heights and weights and we always adjust passenger loads to keep the total aircraft weight within limits and all passengers seated comfortably. I would have thought you could go solo they took 6 people on a flight at a time - you can turn up and pay and queue

Yes, an eight year old child may ride with his dad. The minimum age for children to fly with us is two years of age.
