Please, please, please answer or reply to your phone messages and emails. We booked a tour but we have no confirmation number, so we have no definite booking. We have already booked our hotel.

We had a wonderful afternoon and really enjoyed the 3 winery visits . Learned a lot and really enjoyed first tastings of harvest and ice wines . Carrie, our guide was fantastic - very friendly and knowledgeable . She went the extra mile, pointing out places of interests , storing our purchases , and driving expertly through the snow .

We had a wonderful afternoon with our tour guide John. John toured the area with us ensuring that our experience was memorable. He took us to three distinct wineries as well as touring the area explaining the historical background of everywhere we went.

I had a wonderful time! Our guide, Carrie, was very knowledgeable and very caring. She made sure everybody had an amazing time. Each winery we visited was very welcoming and all the wines were a pleasant surprise. I recommend the tour to anyone who want to spend a wonderful afternoon in a very friendly environment.

Absolutely fantastic time with our tour guide Carrie: who was very knowledgeable about the town and wineries. Carrie made us feel very special and making sure we were taken care of at the wineries. She went over and above to Veblen help the with serving us wine even though it was not her job.
If I Have to give her 7 starts, I would.
Definitely recommend this tour.

Loretta was our guide for the day. She was extremely knowledgeable about different types wine and the stories about each winery we went to. We had her stay for some of the tastings since she gave more information about the wine than those from the winery. She was also very knowledgable about the NOTL area and history, which made the experience all the more better since we were able to understand the area we were visiting. She was engaging and fun and made our tour extremely enjoyable. The tour itself was very well put together. Great wineries chosen by the tour and the afternoon timing was perfect for a slow morning and ended early enough for dinner. I am planning to re-book this tour and hopefully with Loretta in the future.

Terrible experience, wineries didn't even know we were coming and at the last one we were give a "glass" of wine to share at our table!
What a joke.
Also served us frozen bread as were were told that we were not expected so how were they to prepare a charcuterie board in the first place.
We don't blame the wineries at all.
We cannot get our money back now and they won't address the situation. We have everything in print, even a note from the last winery we visited saying "please give us another chance"

Absolutely fantastic experience! We lucked out with driver John--great tidbits of Niagara history and special places to see between wineries. You can tell this is more than a job to him and that he is passionate about his work.
