The Festival Theatre is both a great venue and home to the impressive Shaw Festival. Over a number of years of visitations I've seen some wonderful theatre there and even if the plays aren't to my taste, the acting and production values are always impressive....More

My wife and I attended Hound of the Baskervilles on a Saturday in mid-late October and while the play was well done and enjoyable, I have 2 complaints that impacted my enjoyment and likelihood of returning. The first was the temperature in the theatre, which...More

We spent a lovely afternoon experiencing the play, Magician’s Nephew at the ShAw Theater in Notl. Great production in a comfortable and intimate theater. Lovely grounds to wander with a glass of sparkling wine during intermission.

Always a nice experience. Enjoy the set changes very much, and the seating is great. Nice location in the town, easy to get to. Wine was good but pricey.

They did a great version of hounds of Baskerville. The sets were so well done. It’s a great small theatre. Very comfortable and close to all the hotels and restaurants. I didn’t think there needed to be two intermissions though made for a longer night.More
