Attended a few concerts this year. Always a delight in the different venues they choose. St Marks is a wonderful venue for most of their concerts...2017 had 5 weekends of amazing concerts to choose from. Some free in the park in between St. Marks and The Prince of Wales Hotel - Karakoro Dance Troupe from Japan is a favourite. Wonderful musical journeys!…

We attended the Brahms and Beer concert last night at St. Mark's Church in Niagara on the Lake as part of the Music Niagara festival. It was wonderful! For 5 weeks each summer (mid-July to mid-August), Music Niagara offers at least 35 very eclectic concerts - from classical, to ragtime, to country, jazz and everything in between. Almost every instrument, including voice, have been highlighted over the 18 years of its existence. The venues are varied as well - churches, wineries, parks, the museum, and the library are a few examples. There is an Performance Academy that helps prepare young virtuosos entering the world of music. These very talented young people give concerts during each season that will take your breath away!
