In the basement so you have to look for it but s friendly lady there went out of her way you help us including looking things up on her computer for us. Free public restrooms in a building behind the main building as well

The Niagara-on-the-Lake Visitors Center is located in the basement of the historic (c.1846) Niagara District Court House. There are a couple of small exhibits in what used to be the jail, as well as maps,brochures and staff to answer your questions. Great central location across from the Clock Tower Memorial.
