Zoom staff, facilities and Townie bikes were excellent. We had a number of people getting and returning bikes/e-bikes for several days. Ben, Kelly, Alex and others were helpful and efficient. Love the Townie step thru 7D and e-bike. Both styles comfy, safe, well maintained and rode beautifully. Included helmet and lock. Mirrors would be appreciated. NOTL wonderful biking locale and Zoom folks made it a breeze. Thanks, Nicola

My daughter and I rented bikes for the day Friday July 7/23. We arrived at Zoom without a reservation. The staff were very friendly and informative and the rental process was quick and easy. We grabbed a map and away we went. Such good value for the money, we would definitely rent bikes again next time we’re in town.

Last Saturday, we visited the rental service in Niagara on the Lake and opted to rent a bike for the entire day. I was with a group, but we paid separately. The staff informed me that the fee would be $45.20, and I tapped my credit card for this amount. However, later upon reviewing my bank transactions, I was surprised to see an extra charge of $14.40. Despite being the only individual charged with this additional fee, I did not receive any receipt, nor had I been informed of the fee. This is entirely unacceptable! It is just wrong to charge customers without their consent or prior knowledge, and it has left a negative impression on the whole experience. I wrote them an email, demanding an explanation, but never received a reply. As a customer, I value transparency and fair business practices, and what Zoom Leisure Bikes has done goes against those principles.

Great Service! Needed immediate replacement of brake cable. The Zoom Team were friendly, welcoming and very professional. Bike was repaired VERY quickly for a great price. Highly recommend this great company in NOTL on Mississagua Road!

My husband and I arrived in person without a reservation on a Wednesday morning during our trip wanting to bike around the area and pop into some of the wineries. The Zoom staff were so friendly and accommodating, and we were on our bikes with a map in hand within 15 minutes. The bikes all have baskets to carry around your purse and/or wine purchases of the day, and the maps from them outline the different places you can go in the region. We rented the bikes for a full day and enjoyed riding along the scenic path with water views. We also dropped into 3 wineries during our rental, and Zoom provided bike locks, and all of the wineries have bike racks near their entrance. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish, and if we return to Niagara-on-the-Lake, we will definitely rent from Zoom again.

Highly recommend Zoom if you are looking to explore the region by bike. Very quick to respond to enquires and service at location was friendly and attentive. Very comfortable bikes and we appreciated and enjoyed the recommended route! Great way to see and experience Niagara-on-the-Lake despite the heat and nice to get some exercise while doing it and go at our own pace!

Zoom bikes gave us great service during our family vacation in NOTL. It was a complicated booking with different numbers of bikes required for each day. But they rose to the occasion - and with a smile. They delivered and picked up the bikes on time each day.

Thank you to the amazing staff at Zoom
leisure Bikes. I got a flat tire on my car near your NOTL location and the staff helped my out. The gentleman was so helpful and helped me out filling my tire up. He even offered me a ride home if I needed one as the tire couldn’t be fixed. We live in the area and will definitely be back to try out your bikes and spread the word about your fabulous customer service.

My daughter and I had so much fun biking along the Niagara Parkway with a Zoom bike. As long as you’ve got your smart phone to set up the app, it’s pretty easy to pick them up and return them to the same spot. We were two minutes over the hour as we had a little difficulty getting the bike locked up, but thankfully, when we contacted the company, they refunded the extra hour. We highly recommend the experience!
