The best chocolate my wife and I have ever eaten. I'm diabetic and it is impossible for me to resist eating this chocolate, even with no added sugar. Many different varieties and everything we've purchased was fantastic. Will be visiting again soon since we live only 5 minutes down the road.

Shopping for Christmas stocking stuffers, and treats, was a treat in itself. I ate more chocolate as samples than I have in months. The shopkeeper was very helpful, and enthusiastic in wanting us to try this one, and this one, ...! Everything was good, and I ended up buying more than I had intended, with no regrets. There seemed to be a focus on chocolate covered fruit (cherries, raspberries, cranberries, etc.) than the more traditional, Laura Secord style chocolate. The prices were comparable to other chocolatiers, but more than you would pay for a box of mass-produced generic boxed chocolates elsewhere. Worth a look!

I just returned from Niagara on the Lake where I visited this store. We were the ONLY people at the store and I NEVER experienced the customer service as terrible as that! The person behind the counter was extremely rude, not friendly and was not willing to do what she was supposed to do. On top of that she overcharged us for $15 and when I made a remark that the amount is wrong , she did not even apologize!!! I have no intention whatsoever to visit that place again and will not recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience on the tour. Getting to know how chocolate was made and trying a sample. We home school our children and we found that it was amazing hands on learning experience that they got to taste as well.

I made a special trip just to go this afternoon. No one there but a couple and their 2 kids, one wearing wheelies and rolling all over the place sampling everthing. The sales clerk told her not to put chocolate in her pockets, then I guess felt bad so explained that it would make a mess. Samples were offered from the case to them as well as the shelves. I took my purchase to the counter to pay, and while dodging the kid with the wheelies an entire tour group flooded out with tickets for samples. Next thing I know I’m knee deep in people eating and now 2 sales people are waiting on them. After the first dozen stuffed their faces I put my purchases back and left. Freebies are one thing but that was ridiculous.
