Niagara Falls Grand Helicopter Adventure

335 reviews
First-time visitors to Canada likely have Niagara Falls at the top of their to-do list and the most incredible views of the falls are from above. This helicopter tour offers almost double the time in the air to other tours, so you can enjoy views of not only the American, Bridal Veil, and Canadian Horseshoe Falls, but Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara wine country, and along the Niagara River.

Simcoe Park is very attractive. There are a lot of flowers. There is a playground. There are trees. Walking is the best, to enjoy what we see. Enjoy! It is a must!

Whenever in NOTL we are at the Prince of Wales, Our preference of rooms overlook Simcoe Park. It's beautiful, any season, gorgeous. We were in NOTL during the 150th anniversary of Canadian government several years ago and I had the opportunity to watch a reenactment of the first speeches made of Parliament from our balcony and it hit me that I was in a former Canadian capital...that the ties between the U.S. and Canada were so much more important than we think of as we cross a remarkably fluid Border (not COVID time sensitive)...

My wife and I had chance to call off and walk around when stopping off in the area whilst touring East Canada and enjoyed the visit. Really it should be called squirrel park, they're everywhere! It's a beautiful spot to relax and includes a bandstand, an amphitheatre, a lovely fountain and a kids play area.

Simcoe Park is a lovely oasis in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. The green grass and mature trees provide a peaceful refuge in the center of town. There are benches to relax or picnic on, a play area, and what looks to be a structure where there might be entertainment from time to time. Washrooms are also available. It’s really a beautiful place to walk around and relax.

This park is central to town with parking around its perimeter. Benches, picnic tables and a children's playground are available. The flowers at the main entrance are lush. Walking trails are groomed.
