Alexandre was our sommelier and front counter host. He was very knowledgeable about each of the wines we tasted and answered all of our questions. Our group of 4 all agreed that every wine that we tasted was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend a visit to Reif Winery.

We had a great time tasting the different wines!! Deb was our server and she was great informing us as to the different wines and how and when they were made. Pat and Kyle were great at explaining the process of the wine making. Great winery !!!!

What a very warm, friendly atmosphere. Maria was a joy to talk with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to chat to and made the overall experience that much more fun . It was my first time there, but it won't be my last.

Went with my wife and 8 month old to grab a few bottles when Reif opened. When we lived in the GTA it’s always been a fan favourite winery to visit and taste. We expected to purchase a few bottles of wine but was easily roped into a tasting. Very hospitable and friendly staff.

A special thank you to Oleksandr for making our visit a special event. I visited the winery over 20 years ago and wow what a change and so proud to see how the winery has grown into such a successful operation. I bought some vintage first harvest wine and look forward to having it for a special occasion. Alex, thank you for being so helpful and enjoyable, you made our day. thank you.

This was our first time visiting a winery and Alex (Olex?) not sure I write his name right, he showed us a Wine tour and some wine tasting, the whole experience was very pleasant and definitely will come back if we go to Niagara again! Bought a bottle of wine recommended by Alex, taste was deep and flavourful, very aromatic too!

We went as a group for our friends birthday. Meghan took fantastic care of us and we all had a wonderful time. Meghan was very knowledgable of the wines and the history of the winery. An overall great experience and we will recommend to others.

We had booked a vineyard tour with tasting. Finally, on site, the visit will not be made because we understand very little English. So we started with the tasting. Then we meet Maria, working at the vineyard and waitress at the time. Maria spoke French! She was able to accompany us for the rest. We asked her if we could visit the vineyard even very quickly and even without a lot of comments... in the end she took to the game and did everything possible for us to understand! Thank you Maria we had a great time!

We recently visited Reif Estate Winery as part of a Niagara-On-The-Lake getaway with family. We sampled a wonderful variety of wines in a cozy setting with assistance from Oleksandr who was very knowledgeable and made our experience special with his detailed insight into the wines we sampled and his friendly approach. We will ensure a return visit on our next trip and look forward to enjoying some more of their fine wines.

Herb was so nice and engaging with us and provided such great detail on each wine we tried. He had awesome recommendations and really spent so much extra time with us! He truly enjoys his job immensely! Would definitely come back!
