Our group absolutely LOVED our wine tasting at Big Head. It was unanimously everyone in the group's favourite stop over the weekend out of the 12 wineries we visited. Our wine expert, Oksana, was so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. We really appreciated her tips and approach to the tasting. I would recommend visiting here without hesitation. Will definitely be ordering from Big Head once the supply I picked up runs out!

Stopped in as their wines were recommended to us. This is a new location and seems to be a work that is still in progress. Had a tasting and the young lady who served us was very nice and informative. The product was quite good although I did find their price point a bit on the high side.

Nice newly renovated place. Needs a little atmosphere though. Luca our server was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. The wines were good. Really liked the RAW ones. $25 for a flight of 4 tastings.

Of the 4 times we’ve done tastings at Big Head, this was hands down our favourite. Sean was an absolute wealth of knowledge, we learned a tremendous amount. The most informative tasting we’ve ever had, anywhere, in years of wine touring all over the world. Loved that he offered to do a blind tasting for us, it really enhanced the experience. Left with a full case of wine, Big Head remains one of our favourites in Niagara, we will return!

First time trying Big Head Wines! Out of the six wineries we tried, this was my favorite! To start, they had amazing reds that were reasonably price. Second, the staff was not only friendly, but knowledgeable of the wine. Finally, they had a giant glass I will be thinking about for a very long time. (They were sold out to the public or I would have bought one!) Bought three bottles of wine and cannot wait to enjoy at the next wine party I host. I am also looking forward to my next trip to visit again soon!

My wife and I visited Niagara on the Lake in September, 2024 and having had Big Head wines in the past they were first on my list of wineries to visit. First thing to mention is that their new tasting room is beautiful. I did their three wine flight standing at the bar and was lucky enough to be served by the owner and wine maker Andrei. Very nice personable man, he described the winemaking technique to me, and also talked about the state of their business and their plans going forward. I had three of their appassimento style reds, and Andrei gave me a bonus pour of a fourth — the 2023 Syrah. I enjoyed all four and am planning to purchase them all online. Also we had dinner at one of the nice restaurants in NotL that evening and my wife ordered a glass of their Chenin Blanc which she really enjoyed. Highly recommended!
