What a wonderful visit thanks to Kristina, Lou, and Carmen! The booking process was seamless and Kristina helped select vineyards that suited our tastes.
Lou was a fantastic and knowledgable host who made sure everything ran smoothly and we were extremely well taken care of. They even extended our day and we got to meet Carmen and get a wonderful tour around Niagara to finish our day.
Extremely professional, personable, and they make for the most wonderful and personalized visit you can ask for!
We will definitely book again.

I can not say enough about this company! The service was absolutely out of this world! We booked this limo service rather short notice and they were incredibly accommodating. Kristina was a joy to work with and immensely helpful; even helping us with some of our bookings. Carmen was our driver and was absolutely remarkable! He even went out of his way to get us pastries between wine tours. I would highly recommend them! Looking forward to booking with them in the future!

I have never experienced service like this! Kristina was so amazing to communicate with, she always answered me promptly and took our needs into account. She called each winery and set everything up for us (covid has made everything harder to navigate!) she took all the pressure of booking tours and tasting away and made everything work smoothly! I didn’t think I could be more impressed after all her help and accommodations!
And yet it kept getting better!! We have Lu as our driver and he was absolutely incredible. He was knowledgeable, knew the ins and outs to every place we went to, signed us in for our all our tastings and even gave us great recommendations!!
We took this tour two days ago, I’ve already recommended Kristina and Lu to two other groups going to Niagara in the next few months. If you’re going- you must use Southampton limousine! Whenever I go back to Niagara area I will for sure be utilizing them every time!
I truly wish I could give a ten star rating, this was an absolutely perfect experience. Thank you so much for the amazing day!

I contacted the company about booking their services for an upcoming retirement celebration and winery visit. Kristina responded within 24 hours and was able to build our itinerary and book our tours within 5 days. We had Carmen as our driver for the day and the man was absolutely outstanding. We needed to pivot on some of our plans for the day and he was ready at a moments notice and was able to make our day better than we had anticipated. He was professional, personable and such a dream to work with. Kristina was also the same, with responding to questions right away and able to help us navigate our day.
I would highly recommend Southhampton Limousine for your day tripping around Niagara-On-The-Lake .. outstanding.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing the service was from Luigi and Kristina!
I was booking a winery trip for myself and a group in the NOTL area. I was located overseas during the booking and Kristina was so accommodating, giving suggestions and even looking after the bookings at the wineries!
On the day of the winery tours, Luigi was there promptly and professionally! We had such an amazing time with Luigi!!
When we returned in the limo after our first winery stop he had set all of our snacks and refreshments up, when we visited each winery he personally escorted us in and set us up - wow!!! Top notch service! We truly had an amazing day with Luigi, he really made our trip that much more memorable!
Thank you Kristina and Luigi!!

My husband and I wanted to spend a nice day sampling the lovely wines of NOTL safely without being part of a large tour group. I reached out to SHL and received a response quickly from Kristina. I had an idea of a few places I wanted to visit and Kristina was more than happy to assist with the itinerary and make suggestions. She also made arrangements for our tastings & tours. Wayne arrived promptly at our hotel in the town car we reserved. The car was immaculate and Wayne was polite and knowledgeable of the area and was more than willing to allow us to go off schedule if we desired. He was a perfect addition to a perfect day.

I booked a flight from Chicago to Buffalo in a horrific snow storm. Carmen from Southampton Limousine was picking me up at the Buffalo airport and driving me to Niagara area to visit my mother. My first flight was cancelled after being delayed for hours. I did get on another flight and ended up waiting on the tarmac for a few more hours. During this time, Carmen was waiting at the Buffalo airport as the weather was getting worse. I told Carmen to go and if I made it to Buffalo I would try and get a hotel since I didn't know when I my flight would be taking off, but Carmen said I may not get a room because of the storm and all the flight cancellations. Carmen was so kind and concerned about me and said he was "not going to leave me stranded" in Buffalo. Carmen waited at the airport until my plane returned to the terminal and was finally cancelled. It is very rare that you come across this kind of devotion and service to customers.
I originally found Southampton Limousine service for my mother. She has some health issues and needed a car service. I tried a number of companies before I found Southampton. I was horrified by some of them and displeased with others and was actually worried about my mother's safety.
After our first trip with Carmen, my mother only uses Southampton Limousine. I live in in the States and I am no longer worried about my mother getting around and I am so grateful for the care they take of her. They truly treat her like family! Thank you Carmen and Kristina!!!

As we were winding up our trip across upstate New York, culminating with a night at Niagara, we wanted to make our travel to the Buffalo airport just as good as the rest of the weekend had been.
Enter Southampton Limousine.
They were probably the most helpful service we've ever dealt with, especially booking the limo within 24 hours of actually needing it. They were prompt in responding to our varied questions, and they were accommodating when cell phone service was poor as we were trying to provide a credit card for the reservation. There wasn't a single person we dealt with who wasn't as friendly as they could be.
The look on our 6-year-old's face when he realized he got to ride in a limo to the airport was well worth it. It was my first time in a limousine as well, so I can't say I don't blame him.
The driver was right on time in picking us up; he had already checked the wait times at the border, was on top of the traffic in the area, and he had planned, with our permission, to take a longer route that followed the river and would therefore be more scenic, rather than just hop on the interstate and head to the airport. The scenic route didn't work out due to construction, but that wasn't his fault. He had lots of good information regarding the Buffalo airport as well, and how to navigate it.
Overall, should we visit Canada again, we will definitely make sure we utilize the services Southampton has to offer, and we highly recommend their services to others.

Carmen, Kristina, Darlene and Mike were absolutely incredible! They made our trip most enjoyable with perfect personal touch and shared their local knowledge with suggestions for activities and food that was excellent! Mike was professional, courteous, personable and punctual for all four days of our trip. We look forward to visiting again with the team at Southampton Limousine on our next trip to Niagara Falls! Their service allowed us to see and do so much more than if we had driven ourselves! David L.

We have used Southampton for several years for both business and leisure trips.
Carm and team sweat the details and make everyone comfortable.
We have trusted Southampton with moving are kids around when we can't.
For business, they let me know when my flight has changed...quicker than AC.
I recmmend Southampton to friends, family and business colleagues.
