I have never experienced service like this! Kristina was so amazing to communicate with, she always answered me promptly and took our needs into account. She called each winery and set everything up for us (covid has made everything harder to navigate!) she took all the pressure of booking tours and tasting away and made everything work smoothly! I didn’t think I could be more impressed after all her help and accommodations!
And yet it kept getting better!! We have Lu as our driver and he was absolutely incredible. He was knowledgeable, knew the ins and outs to every place we went to, signed us in for our all our tastings and even gave us great recommendations!!
We took this tour two days ago, I’ve already recommended Kristina and Lu to two other groups going to Niagara in the next few months. If you’re going- you must use Southampton limousine! Whenever I go back to Niagara area I will for sure be utilizing them every time!
I truly wish I could give a ten star rating, this was an absolutely perfect experience. Thank you so much for the amazing day!

We used their service from the Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls and back. Each trip our driver was friendly and professional. Both advised us of what to expect at the Canadian border crossing from the U.S. and back again and gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat around Niagara Falls. I wish this company was everywhere so when I travel I could book with them every time!

Carmen, Kristina, Darlene and Mike were absolutely incredible! They made our trip most enjoyable with perfect personal touch and shared their local knowledge with suggestions for activities and food that was excellent! Mike was professional, courteous, personable and punctual for all four days of our trip. We look forward to visiting again with the team at Southampton Limousine on our next trip to Niagara Falls! Their service allowed us to see and do so much more than if we had driven ourselves! David L.

We have used Southampton for several years for both business and leisure trips.
Carm and team sweat the details and make everyone comfortable.
We have trusted Southampton with moving are kids around when we can't.
For business, they let me know when my flight has changed...quicker than AC.
I recmmend Southampton to friends, family and business colleagues.

A group of 6 of us wanted to do a tour of a few wineries as well as a brewery but not being familiar with the area had no idea which ones to go to. Weren't keen on getting on group tour with numerous hotel stops. Ended up working with Kristina of Southampton Limo who created a four hour itinerary with pick up and drop off of our group only right at our hotel. Not only was the overall rate less expensive than if we had booked one of the canned tours but Kristina was very easy to work with. Lou our limo driver was prompt and as one person in our group said: the perfect driver, not intrusive but always there when you need him. He was friendly and informative and helped make our tour more enjoyable. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again when limo services are required.

It was worth the money having a pro driver (Mark) shuttle us to and from the Falls and Niagara NY airport. He was waiting for us in the airport and got us comfortably to our destination. We were happy to have him return to pick us up from a different Falls location for our return trip. Well done Mark and also thanks for the traffic tips around the falls!

Lou picked us up, escorted us to our wedding, & gave us a grand tour of the region. With all it has to offer.

Without the doubt, Southampton Limousine is the BEST!!! My boyfriend and I used their service from the Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls, Canada and back. Our driver met us at Buffalo airport with a sign with my name on it and my boyfriend was shock because he thought we were taking a regular taxi; however, we rode in a black SUV. On our return from Niagara Falls, Canada to the Buffalo airport, we were both really shock because our ride back was in a limousine and our driver took us through the scenic route. It was a beautiful ride back to the Buffalo airport. This was the best transportation company that we both had ever experience throughout our travels. Each trip our drivers were friendly and professional. Both drivers advised us of what to expect at the Canadian border crossing from the U.S. and back. I would recommend this company to everyone!!! When I return to Canada, I will use Southampton Limousine again!!!! Thanks for a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

I can't thank our driver Lou enough for allowing me and my girls to have the best time ever. Everything was taken care of for us and we were treated with the most respect and thoughtfulness! Doors were opened , wineries were suggested , pictures were taken at every stop and Lou even helped my sister when her shoe got stuck in the mud by cleaning it off for her. I would 100% use your services again and if my deposit wasn't already down for the wedding bus I would of cancelled and changed to you guys. The best service and all because of the best driver ever ...Lou !!!! Thanks a million :)

A+++ quality service! We used Southampton for car service from BUF airport to Niagara Falls hotel.
Both drivers were very professional, timely and informative! Will definitely be our first choice when back in the area.
